The massager is pretty good but the power supply unit stopped working after a couple of months of light usage.

Easy to use in all areas of the body. Heat feature isn't as effective as I thought it would be. Automatic changing direction of massaging points is a good feature. Overall - happy with the product for the price.

Yes well it's OK but could be better ie the material on the rotation part a bit ruff on the neck and the arms length could be better in the length you have to put a lot o f pressure to make it feel good so pay an extra 50 get a good one worth it in the long... Perfect gift

This thing is a God send. It massages and “needs” you muscle. I’m using it for all areas of my back so far. Painful if it hits my bone (i’m not skinny but I’m quite boney) but with repositioning a centimetre here or there to hit the right spot and it’s absolute heaven.... This thing is a God send. Very disappointed as it was advertised as having a heat function. When you press the heat function all that happens is the massage but turns red. No noticeable heat or warmth at all

Bought this for my dad and parters dad for Christmas, my dad seems to enjoy it but my partners dad says it’s a bit intense even on the lowest setting. But overall I believe it turned out to be a good Christmas present.

It’s a bit heavy and a little fiddly but it’s really useful for bad backs or even if you just want to relax!

Use on a weekly basis. It releases the tension in your neck that can be painful. The heat is temperature is not too hot and the different levels are very gentle on the skin.

The issue in my shoulder is not fully resolved but there's a big improvement since I've been using this massager. It's quite quiet, so if you're watch0ing tv you can easily ignore the whirring in your ear. It starts on the highest setting, (opposite to most massagers), so just press the button if you want the lower one. Good buy so far!
