I wasn’t really sure what to expect with this heated acupuncture mat. It’s actually pretty comfortable and relaxing. The points aren’t that sharp so it doesn’t hurt at all. There is temperature control and a timer. The pillow is separate and does not heat up. It’s electric so it plugs into an outlet. Also comes with a storage bag. I will be using this regularly for stress relief.

This a great budget friendly relaxation kit. The heat is soooo nice and heats up quickly. The remote allows to to adjust the heat and also set a timer. The spikes 'acupuncture' feel really good and relaxing. They are very well affixed to the pad and will stay put. The pillow is the perfect size & shape for the neck. The covers can be removed. The quality is great and it comes with a nice convenient carrying case.

This heating mat is amazing for relaxation and pain relief. The acupressure points feel soothing and combined with the heat it really helps release tension in the back and muscles. It warms up quickly and the temperature is easy to adjust for comfort. The mat is well made and large enough to cover the whole back. After using it I feel less stressed and my circulation feels improved. It is perfect to use at the end of the day for relaxation or when dealing with muscle soreness. The quality is excellent and it makes a big difference in comfort and relief.

This acupressure (not acupuncture, I know it states both) mat is really nice to use and helps the muscles relax. The heat in particular is a great addition and it does get fairly hot if you want it to. The mat takes up the full back and maybe hips/shoulders depending on your height. I can't particularly feel the lumbar pillow (likely not enough weight on it), but it's a nice inclusion. The mat has a lot of small plastic spikes and the mat itself is a bit squishy, so it will mold to your shape a bit. It heats up quickly and after you get through the discomfort of the first few minutes, the mat becomes quite comfortable to lie on. I pair it with my panel red light above me and it makes me feel extremely ready for sleep.

The pad is an appropriate size for what it is used for. I would prefer the cord be a little longer, it doesn't give you much flexibility as you must be within just a few feet of an outlet to use it. The controller is nice with the digital display, but doesn't feel of the highest quality. For the price it's a decent value although I question the 'acupuncture' aspect of it.

Great mat. It really helps

I really like this heating mat as it is larger than the typical heat pads I owned previously. It is actually softer and much more comfortable. The heat controls are easy to operate and the heat pad heats up quickly. The settings work well and the quality of the mat and the control are good and durable.

At first sight, this looked like it might be painful, but it's not--especially if you are wearing clothing. You can control the pokey-ness of the spikes with the thickness of the clothing you wear or even a towel. The neck roll was uncomfortable at first on my bare skin, but I quickly got used to it. I set the heat to a low number and it heated up quickly and thoroughly. I found myself lying on the mat even after the unit shut off automatically because it all felt good. It's not a replacement for seeing an actual acupuncturist, but the pokey things seem to be stimulating the skin/tissue/muscles in some way that feels good. If you're looking for a large heating pad with dial-in control and safety shutoff, this may fit the bill. It's much larger than even the extra-large heating pad I own. The cord could be longer (it's 76 inches); an extension cord is needed if you are not set up close enough to an outlet. Also, the unit does use electricity even when off, judging by the red-lit off icon on the controller.

It got super hot which is nice but the controller melted

The heating feature is a great bonus! The acupressure points however are relatively dull compared to other mats I have used.

I'd give a half start or less if able! The heat was great to begin with but here not even 2 months later and it already does not work. The control lights up but the unit does not produce any heat. Being disabled I very much rely on my heating pad to help me be able to even more around but this was definitely a waste of money and only worked for a little over a month. Very upset over this and would never recommend this product to anyone!

This is one of those items you didnt know you needed. I have a lot of problems from my time in the infantry. This help with the pain like nothing ive even done

This product increases blood flow. My feet are usually cold at bedtime. I stand on this for 5 minutes 3 times a week and go to bed with warm feet now. It is a bit painful to stand on, but worth it.

Got this for my girlfriend for her back pain and she really likes this quite a lot. She said it gets really hot, but is fully adjustable for temperature. She likes this for helping to relieve her back pain. The cord is fairly long and so she can use on the floor or couch without needing an extension cord. The design seems durable and yet still soft. She used it last night just to get warm but she mostly uses for pain relief.

Works a described but painful to use.

It is definitely upgrade from just acupuncture mattress without heating, which I had for 4 years. This mattress warms up very fast and safe for the skin.

I use the pad but not the neck pad it hurts my neck

Gets hot definitely an interesting feeling.
