SCIENCE-BACKED DESIGN

How Our Liners Transform Your Therapy Experience

Most discomfort comes from direct contact between mask seals and skin throughout the night. Our engineered barrier creates a soft, breathable layer that wicks away moisture while dramatically reducing friction.

The result is a noticeable reduction in visible pressure marks and a more comfortable seal that lasts longer. By absorbing facial oils, these liners also protect your expensive AirFit F30i mask seal from degradation, extending replacement intervals.

How It Works

1

Select Your Size

Choose from Small, Small Wide, Medium, or Wide to match your AirFit F30i mask dimensions.

2

Position and Secure

Place the liner between your skin and mask seal before assembling your AirFit F30i as usual.

3

Rotate and Wash

Use a fresh liner each night and machine wash the used ones for continuous comfort.

Choice between Rash or Leak

After a week of cpap therapy I started to develop a white flakey rash in the morning (even with a heated humidifier) & despite cleansing and moisturizing an hour before bed. Even with daily cleaning of the mask & morning moisturizing a burning red rash started to form. I looked to this product as my savior but was let down that it only half works. While the material feels great on my skin, the product is too small and not well measured. The elastic blocks the anti- asphyxiation valves & the nose hole is far too small and not lined up. This lead to a poor night's sleep due to major mask leak. While it feels great on my skin this product doesn't work as designed. Hoping the company reaches out for tips/refund as this was a quick $20 down the drain.

Got to figure it out.

I think that many of us have the wrong idea when we receive the product. For some reason my first thought was to put it on the outside of the mask. If I am not mistaken , it is shown that way in the photographs. So, my immediate thought was… this doesn’t work . It’s impossible. After a few minutes of thought…”it’s a LINER not a COVER!” “why would it go on the outside…..Duh?” And so once I reversed it and put it in the inside it fit. Well, almost. I had to cut the nasal hole much bigger . I can’t stand the feeling of being smothered . That is why I chose this mask design. I also had to cut the holes larger for the hose and magnet attachment. The last thing I want is a struggle before I go through bed. Once I did that it seemed to work okay. Now, the reason I bought the liner in the first place is because in the middle of the night the mask makes farting noises ! Yes you know exactly what I am talking about, There was such a suction between my face and the mask that when a small amount of air would leak “Pffffffffffffffffff” It would wake me up. Haha. Seriously. This mask liner resolved that issue . However, now there is zero suction and the mask tends to move around a little bit. That is a problem for me because I am a side sleeper. I keep moving the mask away from the proper position. Perhaps some modifications to the design would give it a 5 star rating from me. But even if it did have a better hole pattern , i don’t think it would be right for a side sleeper like myself. For everyone else… It’s worth a try.

Great liner

This is working out so well. Much more comfortable than having silicone next to your face. I had to cut the nasal hole to make it slightly larger which was quick and easy to do. I also shoved the magnets through the hole and then pulled them to the outside. See photo. Makes putting the mask on just like usual. There are still some air leaks depending on how you sleep. I plant my face into the pillow which is not the best. I still got a great score of 3 events per hour which is good for me. I don't understand other comments on fit and difficulties putting it on. I have a small mask and I ordered small liners. Aside from trimming the nasal area a bit it was a perfect fit. Will definitely buy again when needed.

Not the best

I purchased the liners hoping to help with my leaky mask. The products fit is tight and took a little to get it on the cushion, but with some effort it does fit. It is comfortable and feels marginally better on the face compared to the mask being naked. Unfortunately this did not help with my leaky mask issue and I’m not sure that the liner was designed for that purpose. Bottom line is I could go with or without the liner and ultimately have the same sleep. Not singing the product for not sealing my leaks, it’s just not easy to use.

Leaks, leaks, leaks!

Leaks, leaks, leaks! I tried this product hoping to get some relief from the silicone from my cpap mask. Though the material itself feels good, the mask would not hold a good seal. I tried it for a few nights and each night, I spent the majority of it trying to adjust my mask because of the leaks. Please save your money!

Not a good fit

Quality product but does not properly fit my mask. I ordered the small covers for my small mask. Could be a little bigger. A medium may be too big, not sure. However the bigger issue is leakage. I used the same brand in the past for a different style mask with no issues. Had high hopes for my new mask but am disappointed.

ResMed F30i Wide Mask Resplabs Liners

Like most CPAP users I tested different masks for correct function and comfort. I am a mouth breather, have sensitive skin and silicon masks cause irritation and itching. The masks I tried were N30, F30i Med., F40 Med. then back to the F30i with the wide version. After trying these 3 different ResMed masks, I discovered that the ResMed F30i Wide fit me the best but still with some discomfort and leaking problems. Also the F30i Wide vented adequate excess and exhaled air having CO2 better than the ResMed F40 Med. mask. The F30i wide mask silicon prevented most leaks but I was uncomfortable with the silicon itching and sticking to my skin. I then discovered that I could use a mask liner, maybe that would help and I found this one here on amazon. Well, this liner helped with virtually no more itching or skin irritation. The liner does cause some additional limited leaking, but the leaking is well within the recommended 24 L/min. max. leak rate. The minimal leaking rate of the liner is also undetectable. The liner material is very soft and the comfort level is much better with the liner and that is very important to me. I want the mask to be as comfortable as possible so as to enjoy sleeping. I use the line for 7 days and wash it with soap and water once per week on Sunday. The pack of liners was not expensive and comes with 4 liners so these should last a long time. Oh, without the liner my mask provider sized me with a Med. size mask. I bought all three mask sizes online at a reasonable price and found that the Wide mask coupled with the liner works best for me. Not too tight, soft and comfortable with minimal leaks. It just takes some trial and error to find the right combination that works best.

Didn't work at all for me.

Very difficult to get on and make the needed attachments to the mask. Once it was on, it was so tight across the part that touches my face that it held the mask away from my face and it was impossible to get a good seal.

Watch video, Practice, practice, practice

Edit: I tried the wide mask, so ordered the wide liners, well the wide mask was too wide, so I tried the wide liners on the medium mask. It was easier to put on (still not easy) but leaks less for me. Your mileage may vary. Older review: These are tight and hard to slip on over silicone, doesn’t want to slide. I spent an hour on,off, repeat and note two things 1.) practice makes perfect and 2.) practice makes stretch. Still not easy. I believe the mask itself is too small for me, but with this got my first minimal leak since they upped my pressure. I could tighten mask without discomfort. While I think i need to shop for a new mask. These may be just the item you’re looking for remember practice, practice, practice.
