Problem purchasing replacement parts

I need to purchase new sound tubes for my left aides. I have been unsuccessful in getting a response from the manufacturer of the units. They have not responded to my requests to purchase tubes for my aides. Amazon offers a package of tubes and domes but the tubes do not fit the model BLJ-707 units. The style of the tube ends that attach to the aide is a slotted type that is pushed in and turned 90 degrees. I would like to order 4 left ear tubes.

As a hearing aid wearer for over 30 years, it can get costly if your tubing breaks at an important time as did mine. All repair places were closed. O ordered this next day shipping and was able to fix the tubing on my hearing aids myself. I've watched my audiologist do it for years. Thanks to this I could still hear. Before I knew this was available I would have had to go without which is scary when you don't hear well. Thanks for the fast shipping. Item as described. Thank you, it's a lifesaver.
