How to Use:

• Press the POWER button on the remote control or on the far left side of the LCD screen.
• By pressing the center program “P” button on the remote control, you can toggle through the 5 pre-set settings. Each setting is timed in 10-minute intervals but varies in speed level.
• Press the START button to start the program. Press it again to stop the program.
