I think using this while lying down feels more comfortable and relaxing than using it while sitting. The sound quality is not that great, but overall it’s quite useful as a massaging tool.

Updated: I've used this maybe a dozen times and last week I realized the eye pressure no longer works. The temples are the only part working. The seller reached out to me and offered to not only refund me the purchase price, but also replace the product OR provide me an additional $30. This is customer service like 90s and I can't wait to still use this product when it arrives.

This is my second Burrki eye massager. I use mine all the time, and my wife wanted her own. As advertised, it gently massages the eyes and temples with pressure. It also applies heat and has built-in speakers for Bluetooth or its four built-in tunes. You can turn any and all of these features off. I was intrigued that it advertised as having a cooling function. In reality, the cooling is not built in but is provided by a separate gel mask that can be used with or without the massager. I am not going to knock it down for this bit of misleading advertising. It is a sturdy product and is worth its price.
