Literally the best decision I made that day was buying this. I left an ophthalmologist appointment and ordered it immediately upon the recommendation of the physician. It is helping tremendously with my dry eyes. I had exhausted every effort trying to fix my eyes. I was to the point I had to start using neosporin in my eyes at night! The heat is absolutely the most relaxing part of the whole experience. There are 3 heat levels. There are 3 massage intensity levels. My favorite levels are high heat and low massage. When you turn it on it remembers your last settings. That’s super helpful! There’s also a setting to play outdoor sounds. Birds, water, wind etc. They look nice and remind me a little of snow ski masks. They’re super portable and come with a velvet carry bag. The battery seems to last long. I’ve used it 4+ times without recharging. Easy to power on. Just hold the power button for about 2 seconds. It’s easy to feel around for the buttons too. They stick out nicely. My husband tried mine and loved them so much we now have 2 pair!

This is just what I needed after 10 hours staring at my computer. My eyes get dry easily after LASIK eye surgery. I purchased eye drops, but they have helped a little, but not much. So far, purchasing the glass that deflects blue light along with this eye massager has really saved the day. I usually massage my eyes every 5 hours and massage one last time before I go to bed. When I wake up, I feel less sore and dry. hmmm It would be cool if there's a cold feature. Initially, I thought you could Bluetooth your own music or listen to a podcast, haha. i would say that will be a nice upgrade!

overall satisfied performance but after completing eye massage course no alarm of notice. Not only good for heating eye temperature and massage pressue also good for temple massage and bluethooth connect music playing. Music volume was controllable but small. Also not able to checking current battery status (during charging as well). Due to charging pot location not able to use during charging because this type of machine battery run out very quickly.

I love this thing so much… and yet. It has problems. The power button has always worked well, but the smaller volume and mode buttons have been a recurring headache. I actually returned my first unit because those buttons didn’t work consistently. The replacement was better — glitchy at times, but usable — for several months. Now, with each use, I can usually get one of the smaller buttons to respond, but not both. The buttons are also way too sensitive; I wish they were raised and actually clickable instead of touchy little landmines. Speaking of the power button, it was so sensitive that it kept turning on inside my luggage. I ended up buying a hard-sided case specifically so it wouldn’t vibrate to life in transit (didn’t want TSA thinking I was traveling with - ahem - other devices). All that said, the massage and heat functions are divine. I’m a frequent migraine sufferer, and this mask has been fantastic for both headaches and migraines. I’ve used it pretty consistently over the two years I’ve had the replacement. Which brings me to the most aggravating issue: battery life. At first it was okay-ish — good for a few cycles, with several hours needed to recharge. Over the last couple of months, though, the battery capacity has nosedived. Now it hardly lasts a single session, sometimes dying mid-massage. And yes, I’ve always charged it according to the manufacturer’s guidelines. It now spends more time plugged in than it does on my head. Would I buy it again? Maybe. If they’ve improved the battery life or revamped the buttons, I’d consider it. Otherwise, I might try a competitors’ product next time. I suppose I should be glad the electronics lasted two years… but it really feels like the battery should have held up better.

I have been using this device for a couple of weeks now.. the elastic bands for adjustment are not great, they are kind of short.. Battery life could also be better. I was also expecting that the temperature could be higher

So far so good. Very relaxing and helpful for tension in the face and behind the eyes.

Perfect when you have sinus pressure, a headache or a migraine

I suffer from strained eyes and I was really excited about this eye massager. But, it was eh. - Music: A lot of people talked about how the music wasn't soothing. I found it the opposite. I really like the music that was programmed with the massager and found the volume the perfect level. - Auto Shut Off: I really liked the massager turned off after 10-minutes and it wasn’t jarring if you were totally relaxed or fell asleep. - Pressure: As several people noted, the pressure was extremely uncomfortable. It felt like someone was digging their knuckles into my eyeballs. I ended up moving the strap adjustment so it was extremely loose. That seemed to help, but I would not be able to sit up and use it then. - Vibration: This is the most annoying setting. Yes, I hated this setting and found it very UNrelaxing. - Heat: The heat felt great until it didn’t. This got so hot that after a couple of minutes it was too much. Please add heat levels like low, medium, high. I had to constantly turn the setting on/off, which meant trying to find the right button and cycle through all the settings (see settings/buttons next). - Settings/Buttons: This should be redesigned and maybe it has been with the new model. I am not sure having a remote would help. o Buttons are too close together (and all on the same side of the massager) and it is hard to tell where they are because they are basically flat). When you find one, it is touch sensitive and you don’t know if it is the setting you are looking for... because the unit is on your eyes. So, you accidentally hit the wrong button because they are so close and it is touch sensitive. Then you have to cycle through all the settings to get it back to where you want it and then still try to find what you were wanting to adjust. o It was very annoying to cycle through so many levels to get what you want. Sometimes it was too sensitive and I accidentally bypassed the setting I wanted only to have to cycle through all the levels again. If you find a setting uncomfortable (let's say the heat is too much), it gets to a point you are uncomfortable trying to fidget with the buttons. o It would be nice to set the settings before you put it on. You can’t do that because you can’t hear the settings unless it is on. Yes, you probably won’t know what settings you like until you have it on and go through options. But, once you know what you like you basically want the same settings each time. o Recommendation:  Make these actual buttons  Separate them out a little more or make them more distinguishable somehow (through touch).  Have it remember your settings somehow.  Separate the settings out to: • Heat: Low, Medium, High, Off • Pressure: Low, Medium, High, Off • Vibration: Low, Medium, High, Off • Music: Low, Medium, High, Pair, Off Did I enjoy the massager at all? Yes, it did feel good when it wasn’t digging into my eyeballs and the heat wasn’t melting my cornea. Did I find it beneficial? No. My eyes never felt less fatigued. I actually felt my eyesight got worse (things were blurry the next day) and my eyes were watery all the time. So, maybe it does help with dry eyes. I just don’t have that issue. I realized this was another gadget that was going to sit in the closet and ended up returning it. Is this the worse product out there. No. That is why I am giving it an “eh” or “3”. But, I haven’t used other eye massagers to compare it to.

outstanding! Comfort for me is A+++. heat setting - perfect. Then add all the other bells and whistles. You won't be disappointed.

It helps with migraines and sinus pain

I got this as a Christmas gift for my wife and it has been a wonderful aid to help her relax at the end of the day, I have used it myself a few times too and I can see why it is relaxing indeed. We have not used cooling pad at the time of this review, but the heat function is great and the sensation around the eyes and temples really is very soothing. I only have a few minor complaints about it but none are enough to really make me feel like the massager is not worth it. First, would be the 'Music' section is limited to three 'tracks' birds, crickets and running water. All calming but the ability to attach it to a device to listen to your own calming music or something like that would make it stellar. Second, would be the voice commands are very specific. For example if you want to turn off the heat, you need to say 'no temperature' if you say 'no heat' it does nothing or moves it to another heat setting. (minor but can be a bit frustrating for the first few times you use the device) End result both of us are happy with this and enjoy it's relaxing effects.

When you get home from a long day… close your eyes and relax. The 15 minutes of eye massage and heat will help you unwind and feel normal again. Also use it after a long drive. Make sure you’re lying down or reclined and avoid using it sitting up. On max settings, you can go about 4 cycles before you need to recharge. Used a standard USB C charger.

It's working fine functional wise. without background music/white noise, it's annoyingly loud.

I saw this product being advertised on TikTok, and as a sufferer of pretty frequent migraines, I was very eager to give it a shot. For the most part, I do enjoy it very much, but there are a couple of things that I feel could be improved upon. 1 - This model of the Eyeris comes with a 'cooling pad' if you want cold instead of heat. But I personally found that the provided cooling pad only stays cold for about 5 minutes, so I wasn't especially impressed with it. (Pro tip: I have a compression 'headache hat' that I keep in my freezer and that usually stays cold for about an hour. I put on the headache hat and then put on the Eyeris, and it's freaking awesome) 2 - The heat function is awesome, and I am sure they are following some sort of guideline for a recommended temperature for the eyes. But for me, the 'high heat' setting isn't hot enough for me. It would need to be like 50% hotter at least, but that is absolutely a minor gripe. It's not their fault I like my eyeballs well-cooked. :P 3 - The Eyeris has three 'programs' - Tension Relief, Retinal Protection (eyes only), and Rejuvenation (temples only). Each program goes through a rotation of about 5 or 6 different 'massages' before looping back around. Some of these massages just aren't that great - there is one that applies the pressure, and then does what I can only describe as a 'stutter.' It's really offputting and takes away from the relaxation. Meanwhile, at the VERY END of the Tension Relief cycle, there is a massage that runs from under your eyes out to your temples, and this feels AMAZING. But it only lasts for about 20 seconds, and that's a real bummer. It would be really nice if you could cycle through the different massage patterns and set it to one that feels best for you. 4 - Many reviews have pointed out the amount of noise the machine makes, and my opinion on it is mixed. The noise the compressor makes on this is noticeable, and if it were any louder I would have complained. But I find that after a few minutes, I can tune the sound out sort of like white noise. It's not that bad. Especially if you use the Bluetooth function to put on your own sounds. 5 - This model has some features that I would consider to be completely useless - the 'vibration' function is not especially enjoyable and not really worth having on, and the voice control is absolutely not necessary. I don't have the patience to try and memorize the various voice commands, let alone try and remember them when I have a migraine. Overall, I am happy with my purchase, and find myself looking forward to laying in bed and getting my nightly eye massage.

Not as expected. The heat is nice, the message seems like it got worse and is t as strong after using it twice.

I spend a lot of time on screens for work and usually end the day with eye strain and tension headaches. I bought this hoping it would help me relax before bed, and honestly it’s become part of my nightly routine. The heat setting feels great without getting too hot, and the compression massage is surprisingly relaxing. The cooling feature is subtle but nice after a long day staring at monitors. I was worried it might feel cheap or gimmicky, but it actually feels pretty well built. Battery life has been solid so far and it charges quickly. It is a little bulky, but once it’s on you don’t really notice. The voice prompts were easy to figure out and setup took maybe two minutes. If you deal with migraines, dry eyes, stress, or screen fatigue, this thing is worth trying.

Would 100% recommend. The settings are easy to navigate. The heat setting is a wonderful addition. Great pressure. Quality product for the cost. Great for people with migraines.

I have no doubt this product is great ... if it works for your particular face size/shape and within your own tolerances. That isn't me, sadly. I'm giving it a middle-of-the-road, 3-star review because, while I can't exactly recommend it, I also don't really think it's a bad product, based on what I have experienced with it. It's just not something that works for everyone. I have a small head and face, and for me, it felt like the pressure was just not hitting the right locations. I think the mask was just too large for my eye sockets, and no matter how I tried to adjust it, it ended up with uncomfortable pressure somewhere around my eyes. If I adjusted it to where it wasn't digging into the bottoms of my eye sockets, it was pressing too hard on the top or sides, and vice versa. Even the softest pressure setting was too much for whichever area was bearing the brunt at that particular time. Loosening the strap just made it feel unstable and wobbly without actually reducing the painful pressure, but tightening it only meant the pressure hurt even more. The heat feature also didn't work for me. I LOVE heat for relaxation, and most things don't actually get as warm as I would like, but not this. This was actually a little too hot for me. Maybe it's related to the fit issues, I don't know, but it wasn't the gentle, soothing heat I was hoping for. It was tolerable ... but just barely. It wasn't enjoyable. I saw another reviewer's suggestion for adjustable heat levels. I think that would be a great idea. I also, like some other reviewers, didn't love the controls or the audio guide. That was a minor issue and one I would happily overlook if the product worked well for me otherwise. I will add that there's supposedly a way to turn the audio off ('silent mode') but I wasn't successful at getting that to work. Admittedly, though, I didn't try for too long or too hard, since I was more concerned about the issues I was having with the heat and pressure. It is a little heavy. I don't think that would be too much of an issue for me if it fit my face/head better, especially since I'd rather lay down while using it, anyway, but it is worth noting. As I said at the beginning, I don't think this is a bad product. I don't want to give a bad review. I just want to make others aware of some potential issues they may also encounter so they can make better informed purchasing decisions. That said, if your head is of a more average size, it's probably worth a try, especially with Amazon's free return policy in place in case it doesn't work out. I think the mask could use some fine-tuning but is probably great for those people it fits well. I really wish I was one of those people, but I'm just not, unfortunately.

Love this! It’s very comfortable and incredibly relaxing. The part that touches skin is soft.

I have been using this for two years and it's a lifesaver. It relieves so much tension from my ocular headaches. I never leave reviews but this product has helped me so much. I wish I had one years ago. I regularly use it and it still works as good as the day I received it. The only downfall is I don't like the music and when you have it on its a guessing game for me on the right way to just turn the music off. Other than that, it's the best!
