Ordered this wireless free label maker after looking for days. It does not have written instructions but does have pictures! The ink/label cartridge install was my one concern about getting it stuck if it was wrong BUT there’s an image to follow( see photo). Also the batteries stack in themselves but there’s an image for install there too. The label maker was easy to figure out except for how to choose your border etc. So, just stop at the item you want and then hit the very bottom-right “enter” button. That is also the button for printing in a second line of the label.*Also, once you choose a pic or frame it will keep printing it on each label until you go back and enter the “off” choice. I ran out of labels pretty quickly from the sample. There is indeed a lot of waste but i’m sure that’s a setting. Also-to peel off backing fold label down the middle( there’s a break). I haven’t figured out the menu yet but i haven’t needed it.

Easy to use. Works really well and is kind of fool proof in how to use it. Doesn't have many fonts but the 3 it has are nice. It has special characters you can add to labels which are cute just look up the list online and add to label.

I love it. It’s perfect. I was afraid the labels would turn out too small after reading some reviews, but they are just the right size and you have three different size options. It’s really easy to use, prints quickly and it’s lightweight. I did some research before buying it and I can say that for 19.99, this printer is a bargain.

Great product ! Instructions for the operation of it, not so much. Quick start up guide is good but there is nothing about the operation of the product. I found them on line at Brothers website.

This uses the 'NEW' proprietary Btag cartridges, not the generic TZe cartridges. Do not be fooled by the low price of this machine. It is a textbook corporate cash grab designed to lock you into a proprietary ecosystem and nickel-and-dime you forever. Here is the math they don't want you to see: 1. The Cartridges are Halved: Standard label maker tape (like Brother’s own TZe line) gives you 8 meters (26.2 feet) of tape. These predatory Btag refills give you exactly HALF that—only 4 meters (13.1 feet). 2. The Price is Doubled: Because they changed the physical shape of the cartridge, you cannot use cheap, third-party generic refills. You are forced to buy official refills at $7–$8 a pop, while generic TZe tape goes for $2–$3 a roll online. You are paying double the money for half the amount of tape. That means printing labels on this machine costs you FOUR TIMES more per foot than a standard label maker. They sell you the hardware cheap so they can rob you on the refills. Save your sanity and your wallet. Buy a standard TZe label maker instead and buy generic tape. Buyer beware! Scam, scam scam!

The Brother P‑Touch PT‑N10 is a handy, portable label maker that’s easy to use and prints clear labels. It’s great for quick organizing and overall works really well. My only gripe is the tape—the backing is hard to peel off. You can always buy different tape, but it would be nice if a better tape came with it. Still a solid little label maker.

This replaces another brand label maker I've been using for over 15 years. Hope this Brother lasts as long. It's a good size, easy to use for my very basic needs, and the price was right. The label tapes are more expensive than for the other machine, but that's okay as I don't make that many labels.

The P-Touch N10, is a nice little label maker for $19. Batteries are not included, which is okay, but it’s good to know that you may need to order some aaa’s. It takes 6. This is my first label maker, and it was not intuitive, especially considering it doesn’t come with a basic ‘get started’ manual. I should deduct a star for this, but I’m optimistic that this little gadget will deliver, and I can’t fully rule out my own shortcomings regarding this. My main obstacle was figuring out how to cycle through, for example, front options. One must first hit the ENTER button, (on the same line as the space bar), in order to cycle through the font options with the arrow buttons, and then hit ENTER again to select. So, yes, it was a little bit of a learning curve for someone as impatient as myself. The first thing I labeled, of course, was my kids forehead. The printing quality is sharp and clear. Now, it’s day three, and I have since graduated to real life organization projects. I’m really on a role and my house is looking pretty. This device seems substantial enough, especially given the price I paid, and it should do everything I need. Lastly, the sticker backing of the label splits down the center and easily separates to come off. It’s quite brilliant actually. But, this initially caused some frustration, which necessitated an internet search. Again, a basic start up guide would have resolved this. Overall, I’m quite pleased and recommend this little brother label maker. It is cute too. If any thing comes up I’ll update this review.
