I bought this product while it was on sale and looking for Christmas gifts. I ended up buying another one for a family member after trying it out and liking it so much. I saw in the reviews that some people say it doesn't fit snug to your face, which I noticed too but I found a solution. The photo I've attached hopefully shows that I adjusted the device to sit at an angle on my head. I didn't put the band directly level with my ears, but angled it up so it rests more towards the crown of my head. I've found that this makes the massager portion of the device able to reach closer to my nose while still reaching my temples as well. That aside ill list the pros and cons of the device: Pros: Feels amazing on temples and eyes, almost like hands, which I was not expecting for essentially a bag inflating and deflating around your head. It imitates something that a masseuse would do. Targeting multiple areas and going a long or short time on some areas, or multiple areas at once...good technology. It lasts about 15-20 minutes then automatically shuts off. You can choose heat, vibration and music all at once or have any combination of the 3. Vibration adds another level to this massage. If you fit the device snug to your head you will feel the vibration around the crown of your head, which in my opinion contributes a great deal of pleasure in addition to the 'rubbing' sensation. If you're into asmr, you can pair your phone to the massager and listen to that while being massaged. It takes asmr tingles to another level. Cons: It is heavy on your head and takes some adjusting pretty much everytime you put it on. I prefer to lay down when I have it on as it will usually slip down a little if im sitting up. The way the eye pads inflate makes it so the whole device will shift a little bit on your head...so even while you're being massaged you may have to adjust sometimes more. It can feel like slightly too much pressure at certain times...especially when it's on top of your eyeballs. I so wish they made this thing with a way to still be able to see. I enjoy watching something while I'm relaxing and with this im forced to look at nothing but darkness. I suppose at least having audio makes it less 'boring', but if you're able to tolerate looking at nothing but the back of your eyelids this shouldn't be a problem. This is a strange one but as someone that suffers with ptsd, having a loud, heated, mechanic device that prevents vision strapped on your head can bring on a slight feeling of anxiety or claustrophobia. It's a little loud, with the motor sound and the crinkling of the inflatable bags. The music that automatically plays is like generic spa music, but you can either turn it off or use Bluetooth to replace that sound. You have to press the power button a bunch of times to cycle through all the options. I gave up on doing that everytime and just let it do its thing. All in all, the pros out way the cons to me. Even though its not perfect it comes close to a real massage, and for what it is I can't ask for much more. I was pleasantly suprised, its not just a gimmick.

I absolutely LOVE this eye massager. I loved it so much I immediately bought one for both my daughters, my granddaughter and my daughter in law! I had my husband try it but he wasn’t as dazzled as I am. I read the reviews and fixed the Bluetooth issue by choosing speaker. I don’t like the “vibration “ setting so I always do heavy pressure, heat and massage. Their spa music is calming but sometimes I use my phone to listen to a meditation. When I get a headache I reach for this often to help ease my temples and relax my skull muscles. I get watery eyes but so far I haven’t seen much impact by using the heat function. We shall see. This is an absolutely treasure! Battery lasts about three 20 minute sessions before it tells you to recharge . Sweet feature!

It definitely works as described in just have a few things that could be improved on. I've only used this a few times as I just got it 2 days ago. Here are my suggestions... The lady that tells you to close your eyes and relax should also come on to tell you when it's done, a simple 'good-bye' would suffice. Every pause I go to take it off thinking it's done but then it starts again. There should be a countdown or pause before it starts so you can put it on your head. It starts as soon as you presd the power button, before you can get the goggles on your head. Some directions on how to set up the Bluetooth would be nice.

This eye massager is very strong. It actually massages my temples as well and I think I like that part about it the most. It doesn’t heat up as much as I would like, but that’s OK. It even fits snuggly on my head. It doesn’t come off in the night and it’s not uncomfortable.

I love this product! I've bought it several times for myself and my family because it's affordable and works great. I've tried a lot of different eye massagers, and honestly, many of them have too many features that I never use or don't work very well. This one keeps it simple with gentle heat and a basic massage, and that's all I really need. In my experience, eye massagers with too many functions tend to break or stop working sooner. This one focuses on the essentials, and it's been much more reliable. I'm very happy with this purchase and would definitely buy it again.

I wanted these things for 2 years, where it sat on my wishlist. Found it on sale, and decided finally to pull the trigger and grab it. For the price I paid, I think it's 100% worth it. It's become a nightly required me-session. This is advertised as an eye massager, but the star of this show is your temples. I absolutely love how it massages the side of your head. Yeah, inflating warm pillows on your eyes is nice, but it's all about those temples. I wish there was a way to program it to only focus on temples or eyes for the entire 15 minutes, but small complaint. But why I'm rating this a bit lower than how I'm making it sound is for some pretty un-fun things about this device: - It's not super comfortable on your head if you lie back. The buckle on the back can stab your head a bit if you lie back on a pillow or something that is also touching it. So you have to adjust a bit. Which leads me to another adjustment issue. When you put it on, it's impossible to put back on in the exact same spot you loved before. It seems to forever sit in different places, so it hits your eyes or eyebrows or temples in a different way, and some of those ways aren't as pleasant as others. And if you find the perfect position, you won't find that spot again until 3-4 times later. - It sometimes snaps & crackles when it blows up the pillows. It's that sheet of plastic in there - it's similar to when like....wrapping paper crackles. The sound doesn't make relaxing easy, and also feeling that crackle on your eyeball doesn't leave you as relaxed in the moment either. - It only lasts about 6 sessions on full massage/heat/vibration with hard pressure. You have to charge this thing very frequently, and it isn't a quick charge either. Will take 2 hours or more to charge something that lasts an hour and a half. So yeah, I really do love this device. Don't get me wrong. I'll probably get another when this one dies. But it really does have some blaring problems too that break the comfort of the device. Even turned off and on your face, it kinda hurts to wear until you turn it on. So a wonderful device that just happens to have a lot of downfalls as well. But do I still recommend it? Most definitely. UPDATED: So the company messaged me to see if they could fix the problem for me. And while a lot of these problems are kinda just how it is manufactured (I didn't mention how the ballooning on the eyes kinda shoves my eyelashes into my eye and that's SUPER uncomfortable and you have to fidget with it a million times to fix that positioning), the item still overall is pretty great, even with the negatives. Because they were so cool about talking to me about it though, I really do think this deserves another star. So I still really do recommend the item.

I love this. It is so helpful. I have a sinus headache or just attention headache. But yet I use it at night right before I go to sleep. I believe it helps with my sleep.

I really enjoy daily the RENPHO Eyeris massager! It helps my dry eyes, relaxes me and I don’t use steroids in my eyes nearly as often as prior to using this daily!

OH MY GAWD. I'm in status migrainisus and have been fighting to survive the days. I've had to go to er and have had special trips to my neurologist's office this week. I read reviews about this eye massager last night. I purchased out of desperation, seeking out any kind of relief I could find. It was on the porch the next morning = fantastic. I put it on and thought 'nope, it's too heavy' But I laid back and let it do it's thing. It's incredible. My eyes feel so bulgy and swollen with this migraine, but the heat and massage work wonders in soothing them. It is relaxing. The heat is ahhh. The sound actually becomes a bit soothing when you allow yourself to zone out a little and become really relaxed. I am so glad I decided to try this thing. It isn't too heavy at all. It's great.

Arrived quickly. Great quality. Charged quick. I'm still trying to figure out the buttons for controls. If I'm correct, they are VERY touch sensitive. It feels great, and shuts off automatically.

This thing is magical. I decided to test it out without a migraine just to see how well it worked and I was asleep in minutes. The fit is a little big as I’m someone with a smaller face so if I’m not laying down it does crush my nose a little bit. The pressure is perfect for me and the music is actually kinda nice. Only thing I’m concerned about is how loud it is. The air pressure is a little mechanically noisy so I worry that it will agitate a migraine more. Still highly recommend.

Love the product after reading through the instructions I noticed it has a lithium battery which I’m nervous about so I did some research and there’s no record of recall or fires but everything I’ve read about the battery it uses that the safest way is to use the charger it comes with and don’t charge unattended. Especially with the heating component I worry about it. I think it will stress me out too much due to a past house fire from a lithium battery will probably be returning. This eye massager is the bomb! I have purchased three; one for myself and two for a friend and family member. I can't say enough about how excellent this item works. I've had my for about 3-4 years. I suffer from tension headaches and migraines, and this massager has been a tremendous help. Renpho has multiple versions, and I'm sure they are all wonderful. If you want to impress someone, give them this! It heats, massages, and plays relaxing music. It has optional adjustments to pressure, heat, and sound. As long as I am around I will have one of these in my home. It may sound silly to some people reading this review about how much I like this item, and likely those people are ones who've never had to deal with chronic headaches and other health issues. Buy this! You will not regret it!

My wife has been complaining about her eyes being puffy and aching. I bought these with the thought that if they don't work I'll send them back. She was surprised and delighted. They made her eyes feel better and helped her fall asleep faster.

First off, WOW! Very Impressed! I wanted this product because I stare at a screen all day, and I suffer from migraines. I put this on and I instantly WAS relaxed. Between the heat, massage feature, and the soothing music, I couldn’t ask for anything better. It feels amazing on the temples! I even fell asleep with it on. Ha. This product is exceptionally well made for the price. The outside is hard plastic and the inside is a softer leather like material. You can easily wipe off any makeup that has gotten on there. The adjustable strap stays secure without feeling too tight. The included music reminds me of a spa, and while Bluetooth is available, I honestly haven’t felt the need to use it. There is adjustable heat, massage and vibrate settings with a soft voice that tells you what setting your on so you don’t have to guess. This product really is one of the best parts of my day. I love this product.

I originally bought this eye massager because I developed a stye and needed something that provided consistent warm compresses. My eye doctor recommended this brand for dry eye heat therapy. She didn’t recommend a specific model so I opted for what I thought was their top of the line model. I don’t mind paying more for quality and functionality. I bought the Eyeris Smart model since it advertised multiple heat settings and voice mode. I assumed the higher price point meant better quality and enhanced functionality. I guess it technically works as advertised but I expected more for the price. The massage is performed by alternately inflating and deflating a series of small air bags within the eye mask. The inflation is a bit noisy between the motor and the crinkling of the plastic air bags inflating/deflating. The pressure feels a bit uneven as it rotates around the eye socket. It’s great along the brow bone but I find it a little uncomfortable at my temples and on the eyeball itself (even on the lowest setting). The bottom of the mask doesn’t seem to sit flush against my face so I feel like I have to lean my head back or constantly adjust to ensure it’s making contact for the heat benefit. In my opinion, the music doesn’t do anything to enhance the experience. It allows you to connect to your phone via Bluetooth so you can play your own music through the speakers in the eye mask, but it’s not like headphones so others around you can still hear the music. This doesn’t seem to add much value, considering you could have the same experience playing music directly from your phone without connecting via Bluetooth. Or better yet use earbuds. There are a few on board songs/nature sounds, but they’re just your average generic spa track, birds chirping, and running water sounds. The voice mode is a bit deceiving. I assumed voice mode, meant voice controlled, nope. It simply means it will audibly announce the modes and settings as you cycle through button presses (there is also a silent mode). My biggest complaint by far is that the only way to adjust the temperature setting is to install the mobile app and create an account. The app has a guest mode, which still requires your name, date of birth, height, and weight, but guest mode doesn’t allow you to add the eye mask as a device on the app. It forces you to create an account on the app in order to add the eye mask as a device. Then once you have an account and add the device, the only way to change the heat setting is to create a “favorite“ routine with the desired high/medium/low temperature setting. You’re not able to cycle through heat settings or adjust the temperature while using the mask. it’s not horrible, and I’ll continue to use it because it’s better than the microwavable heated eye mask, but I expected much better.

Impulse bought during a migraine attack at 10 PM. Package was delivered by 7 AM the next day and thankfully charged enough to make it through at least 3 uses. The settings are one of my favorite things about it so far. I had an eye massager from a different brand previously and there was no way to turn off the music which is not necessarily what you want to hear when you’re in the middle of a migraine attack. Heat setting is very nice, especially if you have eye strain or light sensitivity it gives you something else to focus on. The pressure settings are light and strong. The strong kind of feels like it’s going to push your eyes into the socket the first couple of times but once you get used to it it’s great. Personally love the pressure on the temples so having a higher setting is great. Band is easy to adjust and charger being type C is great since I can charge it with my phone charger so one less charger to look for. Overall would definitely recommend, especially if you deal with headaches or migraines.

I love this eye massager it’s good for dry eyes, headaches and tension. It helps me to relax after a long day I would definitely recommend it. The quality is great! You can adjust the size to fit. The battery life is good, it runs for 15 minutes, but you can keep using it after that. I used my has card to purchase it and I’m in love with it so much that I purchased as gifts for family. It is a bit noisy but I just play either music or listen to my Bible app while using it.
