These things work! They pull the gunk out. Those deep unpopable things, yeah, these make it so you don’t have to pop them! They work while you sleep which is amazing. If you have a zoom meeting and leave it on, no one will notice. You might need to use them a few days in a row for really deep gunk, but they will do the work. I had a mark on my cheek for almost a year. I could never get it to fully empty and heal. I used these 4 nights in a row and the mark had disappeared! I’m in love with these.

Easy to apply, very sticky, truly work!

Never wrote a review before, so here it goes. My friend told me about these small patches as I was getting pumps on my jaw area and cheeks at 53 years old. Nothing ever came out of them when I would try to pick/squeeze them, causing breaking/scabbing of the skin. As you can see from the picture, I had a red pump starting on my cheek put the patch on when I went to bed, pulled off this morning and BAM no more red pump and the white stuff is what was pulled out of that pump. 100% recommend these little patches!!

I have sensitive skin and drive over the road trucks and it’s not really a good combination. Before driving trucks I’ve never gotten ache before but now something simple like the air at a truck stop will have my skin tripping. I saw the reviews and tried the product a few times and it didn’t work until I realized you can’t do skin care then apply product on top. It won’t work. Area must be completely clean ( I even go over it with an alcohol wipe then apply. Do skin care around affected area. I promise you by the morning you’ll have these results

UPDATE: I was able to get a new one with no additional charge thankfully. Only downside is the packaging of the patches itself isn't the best. Sometimes when I pull out the clear plastic where the patches are stuck on to, the stickiness of the patches itself latches onto the envelope thing it's in. So when I try to put it on my skin the tackiness has worn off or lifts making it noticeable from a distance. I got my package and was ready to put the new ones I received with the last few patches I had left, but I was met with an empty box. I love Mighty Patch's overall effectiveness on my acne and acne scars as they make a HUGE difference on my skin. I'm just stunned looking at my empty box of Mighty Patches. I've already requested for a replacement, and I hope this doesn't happen again...

I use Hero Patches all the time for all kinds of blemishes and bug bites. I like to be outdoors, and the mosquitos love me, so I use them frequently on mosquito bites. When I put a Hero Patch on at night, in the morning the blemish or bug bite is flat, and the inflammation is gone. I have a subscription with Amazon for this product so I never run out. I wish I had discovered it years ago!

Love the patches but it came crumpled up. Package looks like it was literally stomped on.

Guys, I know it looks gross! I tried so many brand before this one. This one is the best. I tried so many cheaper brand before, but they did not work like this. This one absorbs very well. No tiny little buble when you put on the skin like the other brands.You can see the picture, I can get like a whole acne including the pus, oil and root. My boy friend never lets me touch his acne, but since I got them. He loves it.

I originally purchased these thinking they would help with skin tags… they don’t. However, I broke out at 60 y/o after a “hot chocolate” facial. These work!! I put on my chin last night. Pimple is gone this morning. I put on a couple other whiteheads this morning and I expect they’ll be gone in ~8 hours too. The patch is easy to adhere and stays stuck until you remove. It’s a good size. Not too big or too small. I wish I had these ~45 years ago. But good to have on hand in case you have an unexpected blemish.

These Mighty Patches work so well! They stay on all night, reduce pimples quickly, and are barely noticeable. A must-have for breakouts.

I originally ordered this for my pre teen son but I tried it and I LOVE the results! These are super easy to peel off and apply to blemishes. They don’t leave a film of sticky on your skin like other brands!

These are a game changer. They didn’t work with some zits that hadn’t fully surfaced yet but other than that they were amazing. I bought them because I had a painful zit on my shoulder that was huge and wouldn’t fully drain (sorry for the gross details and awful pics) no matter how hard I/my friend tried. So I bought these and left it on overnight. I was worried bc the skin had gotten torn up when I tried to pop it myself, so I was scared it would do something gross. I woke up and it was GONE. There was a huge white dot in the sticker and it even managed to get the core. Since then, I’ve tried it on smaller problem spots and it works wonders. It even draws stuff out of surrounding pores that I didn’t even know were issues. The pics are a huge whitehead above my lip. It hurt so much to even touch it. Again, so sorry about how gross the closeups of my pores are lol I put a patch on overnight and it was a game changer! It was red afterward as shown in the pictures, but it was painless.

I always keep Mighty Patch on hand for the occasional pimple, and it’s been incredibly helpful! Whenever I notice a pimple, I place a patch on it, which prevents me from picking at the spot and helps absorb impurities. This makes the pimple shrink and heal faster, often reducing its size overnight but it may take longer for big pimple. I appreciate that it’s fragrance-free and gentle on my skin—I’ve never had any irritation from using it. It’s easy to apply: just stick it on before bed and remove it in the morning. While I do wish it were a bit more affordable, the quality and effectiveness make it a great product to have ready when needed.

My face was full of painful cystic acne on my both sides of my jaw and and under my chin for the last 3 months. My skin gets like this when the weather is colder and I've tried everything you can think of with little improvement. I found THE METHOD (that works for me). I bought 2 different brands of acne patches (Avarelle and Mighty patch) cause I was desperate and wanted to give this method a real shot. I also bought the DRMTLGY 24hr acne serum since it had great reviews and as I gave up on the acne face wash I was using. So intially I wash my face then apply the serum and wait for it to absorb. The first night I used the Mighty patch (it literally pulled the gross gunk up and I couldn't believe it) and the next night , I used Avarelle's large acne cover Patch (that I cut in half) and it did the same. So now after 1 week my face is literally glowing and the cystic acne is gone. I had one pimple pop up last night I put the mighty patch on and boom 7 hours later, the gunk is pulled up and it's flat. I think I rambled a bit in this review but I'm just extremely happy I found a method that works.

OKAY so ever since my fiancé has moved in, the boy has been sweating and getting rid of his dead skin cells on all my pillows and I got the absolute most aggressive zit of my life on my cheek. Usual method of sterilizing needle, poking a hole, and getting white head out with clean hands wasn't working. It just came back. (As a note, yes I've been doing sheet laundry and usual skin care. This zit DID NOT CARE.) Caved and bought these. I used it for the two in the pictures as well as another one that tried to pop up next to the aggressive one a few days later. First set I'd taken off slightly too soon I think and they bled a little bit after I pulled off the patches. What came off from the big one looked like a sky scraper, just a cylinder of pus. Wish I would've gotten a picture but y'all will just have to believe me! Had some mild redness for 2-3ish days after but nothing alarming or as noticeable as the pimple itself was- which I could see without looking in a mirror by looking down 😳 would recommend, just follow instructions and wait for the bandage to have a good size white spot on it. For anyone with concern of rashes/sensitive skin I might recommend testing in a spot that isn't your face first.

At 70 years old, I still occasionally have pimples 🙄! I’d heard my teenage grandsons talk about how much they love these patches. So when a big pimple popped up on the side of my nose, I decided to give them a try. Don’t mean to be gross, but I included a pic to verify the success of this product. They work so well! It stayed on all night, and was still covering the pimple in the morning. Great product at a reasonable price!
