I got these to go with my carryon and I LOVE them! They help make everything much more organized and curated. I received the B&R expandable essentials kit as a gift. The gift giver didn’t get it monogrammed in cases I wanted to exchange it for a different model. When I called B&R to get it monogrammed they said it would cost an extra $20. A pretty dumb policy in my mind.

Honestly i like the smallest size the best, but all of the sizes are very handy. The quality is great and what you would expect from Briggs and Riley.
I have lots of packing cubes (Eagle Creek and eBags,) and I have used them for years. These Briggs and Riley are different. They actually fit my Baseline 22 inch carry-on perfectly with no gaps and no wasted space. The other cubes are a little too wide (yes, one inch in width/length makes a difference.). I like the extra expansion/compression feature. C’mon Briggs and Riley…There is no reason for them to be so expensive, but I really love them.

Excellent but overpriced.
Purchased these last November (2025) for my wife. They've been on two trips; during the last one the zipper fell apart. I contacted B&R and was told there is NO WARRANTY on them. I wasn't expecting a lifetime warranty like their suitcases, but it should at least have a year.. After all, they are selling these at a premium price, so I'd expect a little better than a ZERO DAY WARRANTY. Very disappointed in the company. This will be the last product I ever purchase from them.
These are a game-changer. I have the 22' Briggs & Riley Sympatico suitcase, and prefer to take a carry-on when traveling on business. With these compression cubes, I was able to get 4 days of women's business clothes (suits/dresses in large cube, workout clothes and pajamas in medium cube, and undergarments in a small cube) into the suitcase. Still had room for toiletries and 2 pairs of shoes. I was very hesitant to buy these cubes due to the price. But worth every penny. VERY happy with them!
Compression works as expected and helps with packing
I recently purchased the 22 inch expandable spinner and the toiletry bag and I guess if it says Briggs & Riley it's pure quality. You get what you pay for.
These work well, they make packing more efficient, very easy to use. I like the compression zipper. Visibility of items inside through the mesh window is nice. Might be costly, but for me it’s worth it

I tried several different brands from Amazon and beyond and settled on these. They're by far the most expensive but here's why I love them: -By far the best constructed, will hold up for years to come. -The compression keeps these in rectangular shape, not down to a football shape like most do. I love that they're ~4' when open and compress down to 2'. Much easier to close than the other shapes and I feel like I can really stuff them. -My other favorite are the Eagle Creek classic cubes- I've had mine for over 10 years and still holding up strong- the compression on these BR is what makes me put them at the top of the list. -Zipper opens all the way up on the wide side instead of the narrow side. Easier packing and getting into while traveling for me. -LOVE the tight weave mesh- breathes but still feels very heavy duty and can see what's inside. Now for the things I don't love: -They're slightly smaller than Eagle Creek- and most other brands. Wish they were an inch longer to fit even more and to fit perfectly flush in my suitcase. -Wish handle was on the long side instead of the narrow side. These are minor issues. Overall I love these cubes! Very expensive compared to most but they had all the key features I was looking for and will last a lifetime.
