This product doesn’t make my plantar fasciitis go away but makes me more comfy while on my feet. You insert the insoles in your shoes and will notice it takes up quite a bit of room. With the insoles in place I feel slightly taller but wow my foot is cushioned! I still have to deal with my plantar every morning but when I’m in my sneakers with these insole the pain is manageable and initially feeling every time is “wow” it’s comfy.

Simply the Very Best. I've bought QBK before, and I probably will again. When my dog couldn't walk for several years, I carried her a lot, and so I developed pain in my knees, feet, back, arms, shoulders, etc. The inserts didn't do much for my upper body (LOL) but they took care of me from my feet up to my lower back - and they last literally forever too. TY QBK!!

These purple insoles suggested by the mfg for my size 9.5 Columbia hiking boot. I was surprised to see them listed as womens but since they were listed as a mens size as well and were recommended i got a pair. They never worked in the boots and although I tried to get tech support this time i get crickets. I through them in some sneakers and they seem to be ok for that.

This really helped with the plantar fasciitis on my right heel. The busted heel made me compensate by putting more pressure on my left knee. So now I have left knee pain and right heel pain. Tried this product during my 12 hr shift and it made a BIG difference. I wore it for 10hrs and decided to take it off 3/4ths into the shift to see how it was like without it. Long story short, it was like stepping on a solid metal floor without anything between my heel and the floor. I actually got a jolt every step I took, so then I proceeded to put the insole back and walk normally again. The only problem I see with this is that since the insole is quite thick it will push your toe knuckles into the roof of the shoe. Now if you have those types of shoes with breathable fabric like running shoes, it shouldn't be a problem. But if you have a boot or a leather shoe that doesn't have any give, this will probably give you calluses or corns in the long run. Unfortunately, being an RN, I prefer shoes that are leather so that accidents and spills don't get to my feet. I decided to take another route and place these soles in my running shoes instead and they have been making miracles. These are high quality and good for flat feet and over-pronation! They don’t have guide lines for cutting down to size, but they kept their structure well and are comfortable! They definitely improved my bunion pain after putting them in my work shoes!

I have a farm and spend a great deal of time in my muck shoes. I have a bunion on one foot and I was getting sore. I bought this insert and voila the pain was gone. I guess it positioned my feet in a way that the pressure working in them was spread out evenly which stopped the pain. I ordered 2 more pair for my sneakers and tall riding boots!
