I just purchased this off of a recommendation from someone in my (in)fertility group. I have high hopes, as she said she got euploids after trying this for a while.

I had my doubts about red light therapy but this particular brand -BestQool Red Light Therapy Belt- has the RED light penetration my husband needed to sooth his L4 L5 deep muscle pain in his back. So thankful this is not just a cosmetic belt, I searched for several weeks to find the one that is truely theraputic and it actually seems to help. I would definately reccomend it.

I bought this in July 2025 and I’m still using it a year later. I mainly use it for my lower back, knees and shoulders, and for me it helps a lot with soreness and pain. I like that it uses 660nm red and 850nm infrared light and is marketed as a clinical-grade unit, so I specifically wanted something stronger than the really cheap red light mats out there. The size is great too. I can lay on it, put it over me like a blanket, or wrap it around different areas. I even use the lowest setting on my face sometimes. After a year it still works great. Definitely one of those purchases I’m glad I made.

I really like the size and flexibility of this red and near-infrared light therapy pad. The large size is approximately 26 x 12 inches and has a lot of LEDs using both 660nm red light and 850nm near-infrared light. The controller gives you multiple settings, including adjustable intensity and treatment time. I like using this on days when my back feels sore. Because the pad is flexible, I have a couple of different ways I use it. Sometimes I wrap it around my waist with the included Velcro straps so I can position it directly over the area I want to target. Other times I lay the pad flat on my bed and lie over it when I want to cover a larger portion of my back. I really appreciate having both options. Everything you need is included, including the pad, controller, power adapter, straps, and instructions. One thing to keep in mind is that this is not wireless. It needs to remain plugged in during use, so you're basically staying in one place for your session rather than walking around the house with it. That doesn't bother me because I usually use that time to relax anyway, but it's worth knowing before purchasing. It's also easy to wipe down after use. I personally clean mine after each session so it's ready for the next time. Overall, I like the large coverage area, adjustable settings, and especially the flexibility of being able to wrap it around a specific area or use it flat. It's been a convenient addition to my at-home routine.

Directions are a little confusing, but so far the product is working well. Have t had long enough to see received in my gluteal tendonopothy.

I had one of these for a few years and I loved it. When I ordered this one, it is much smaller and it has thick plastic covering the lights. The price was more than my previous one. It does work well though...

So far so good. The actual Company website is extremely informative with a blog that is educational. Looks like this company cares for their products and results. We will see how well it does it tightening my belly skin that six pregnancies has stretched out. I will come back with a before and after in a couple months.

I decided to try the red light therapy belt primarily for my hip area that I had been having extreme pain in for about the past 6 months. I’ve tried everything to relieve the pain but nothing has helped. I figured I had nothing to loose by trying the red light therapy. After doing a lot of research and reading reviews I decided on this particular brand. I’ve been using it for about 3 weeks now and I’ve actually started to notice some improvement in my hip. One thing I noticed immediately was my quality of sleep. That actually caught me by surprise because I’ve never had trouble sleeping and didn’t realize my sleep could be improved. I’ve also been using it from under my chin down my neck to my abdomen in hopes that it will also help with my neck area. I did take before pics of my neck and I look forward to taking after pics once I see those results.

My husband and I both use it so I placed it in a recliner so that it’s available anytime for our use. My husband is fighting cancer and I’m using it to relax and heal my body. We both have found it to be so relaxing. You almost melt into the mat. Love it and I checked on line for the best brand that had the correct rms and this brand had the highest rating system.

Been wearing this on my lower back after long days on my feet and it's been a nice way to unwind in the evening. Strap adjusts easily and stays put without sliding around. Timer function is a nice touch so it shuts off on its own.

I purchased this product in 2023 but started using it recently after reordering the accessories. The belt is very useful for and works well. I will continue to monitor the results and update in the future if this is a sustainable product.

I purchased this item to help address neuropathy in my lower legs. It is easy to use and can adapt to different body parts. I typically use the dual frequency mode - the 660nm emits a warmth - not too hot - which feels really nice. I have used the belt after minor muscle strains and it definitely feels therapeutic and likely shortened the healing timeline. I really appreciate the built-in timer as I often use at bedtime and it automatically switches off.

This is a superb belt with great functions and a portable capability too using the provided USB cable and then your own high power battery pack. Importantly, they have great after care, respond to messages by email and WhatsApp very quickly, and honour their warranty period faithfully. Recommend this belt but also the brand very much so.

after hearing a few ppl talk about red light therapy, I thought it might be helpful for my leg and back pain. I asked AI for recommendations of red light therapy devices and this was one they included for consideration as it is tested for light dosage where cheaper unknown brands are not. The other brands they listed for consideration were considerably more expensive. This has helped quite a bit with my pain. The directions suggest using the lower setting and building up. I've tried the higher settings and found the lower settings work better for me so far. Figured the mat would be easiest to use while resting on my bed and keep it rolled up next to the bed so I can pull it out at ease. its very light weight so it is easy to relax with it laying over my legs. the hook strip (i.e. hook and loop/ velcro) is handy for keeping it rolled up and makes it easy to wrap around my lower legs. it seems fairly well built. thinking of getting a second one so full body treatment is easier/ quicker. The ability to plug the two mats together makes that easy.

This product can actually help you! It’s warming up your back really good, the red light therapy actually works and it releases some of the pressure that you gained throughout the day, you can feel a relief after, can sleep better! It’s easy to clean, easy to maintain it clean, the black it’s a good color to wear it even under your clothes. Sadly, you need an external battery pack as it only comes with the outlet adapter and a usb cable.

I bought this nearly 3 years ago. It was $100 at the time. It worked well and did heal muscle issues. The Velcro straps are a must, some brands don’t include these. The cord is extra long, which is nice. But where the cord attaches to the pad, it constantly falls out. Super annoying! Last night it stopped working. Decent buy for 3 years of use at $100 at the time. But I have decided to try another brand this time around. We shall see who wins out.

I am just getting started with the BestQool RLT therapy belt. I have started wearing it around my waist while exercising, and it is comfortable wearing it around the waist. One thing is I wish I had gotten a hands-free RLT belt. The cord gets in my way and I step on it. I'm afraid I might trip myself up if I'm not careful. I looked for a power bank for this RLT belt, but could not find one. I wish they would make a power bank for it. I can feel the heat from the belt and it feels good. The belt works as it should and is an affordable option compared to some other brands. I tried to wrap it around my shoulder and neck, but the edges are very stiff and not comfortable. So, I will need a separate neck/shoulder RLT for that. I will see how I feel about it after a few wees of use. Overall it seems like a good RLT belt.

Red light therapy for the win!!! I have a couple Bestqool panels but this belt gives me freedom from pain on the go! It works wonderfully. It comes with two different power options and several settings including intensity, duration and pulse options. I seem to use the USB option the most. I typically keep it in my car and use it when driving after a workout, or take it up to my desk at work and plug into my computer or a battery pack making it even more mobile. I love that it is so pliable and mobile! I gave it a couple of months of use before writing this reveiw. Pain is subjective so all I can say is it has worked for that. I have genuinely experienced marked improvement in sleep, energy and mood too. I tend to scar easily and they remain ugly red or dark in color. Using the red light has provided noticeable change and some of the scars have all but vanished. You would really have to look hard to see them. I love that! Lastly, I have a 14 yr old German Shepherd. I have used it on her back legs and hips as she has achy joints. It keeps us from having to medicate her and she appears to both enjoy the sessions and have relief. The belt is well made and works as intended or advertised. I love the expected and unexpected results so far. I would highly recommend.

The Bestqool Redot M Red Light Therapy unit and the Bestqool Red Light Therapy Belt have both exceeded my expectations. I have been doing red light therapy for about a year now, but have always found it challenging to find the time to do it regularly because of the set up involved and needing to go to the space where my other units are located. These units make it so much easier to use anywhere and when I’m done, I can just roll them up and store them away. Because of the flexibility, I can use them easily while sitting in the couch watching television or listening to music, or even while I’m at the kitchen table eating dinner. Behind the ease of use, they actually work! I mainly use the Redot M unit on my back and I use the Therapy Belt everywhere else. The therapy belt can wrap around problem areas on my legs, arms, and even core section. Each unit has several modes to help you accomplish your goals. I’ve primarily used them for pain relief and reducing inflammation and have very positive results for both. There is a noticeable warmth that is comfortable and in combination with the infrared light’s deep penetration, I get daily relief in the areas I use them. I would strongly recommend the Bestqool Redot M and/or the Bestqool Red Light Therapy Belt. I am thoroughly pleased with my purchases.

Very happy so far with the product. I had it about a week. Seems we'll made. I accidentally unplug it at times but that is better than pulling the power cord out and doing damage. I assume this is by design. I use it on my hip and it relaxes the muscles. I am very happy with the results so far. Update: 6/8/25 The cord unplugging vs pulling on the unit has saved me a few times. I Sit at my desk but also have a standing desk so I may move some. I have used it and ended up getting up so this has been a very nice safety feature assuming that was the idea behind the design. As for the product itself. It works way better then my heating pad did on my hip and muscle pain. At minimum it is a very very good heating pad. I find that my heating pad can get hot to the touch and the red light pad always is safe to touch. However, over time my hip is hotter with the red light then the heating pad. I will be sweating and the heat seems to radiate off of me after removing the red light pad. I have noticed my muscles are more loose after using the red light pad. I just threw the heating pad in the back of the closet and have not touched it. Long term affects it still may be early to say. I also have a hip surgery scheduled to deal with torn cartilage. I believe the pad will be very helpful. I have used it around my belly as well. I might as well since I have it. Since finding out I need surgery I did take a break from PT and exercise to let my hip relax (about 2 months). However, I have had a couple comments that I seem to be getting slimmer from others. No change in diet and less exercise so that is very interesting. Update 8/15/25 Had an issue where a section of LEDS went out. I use it at least 90 minutes everyday. I reached out to customer support and got Nancy. She was very helpful. She asked me questions on the usage. Then we emailed back. They sent me a replacement right away. I was very happy with the quick support. Very nice and efficient. Really happy with how efficient support was.

I purchased this for pain relief and with prolonged & continued use-it’s going the job. I chose this item and brand because it plugs into DC power, which makes it easy, but really wish that I had a choice of DC/AC for those times WHEN I AM IN THE CAR THAT WASN’T A DEALBREAKER WHEN I PURCHASED THIS, BUT AGAIN IT’S JUST. I also chose it for the ease of cleaning. I like the idea of having the cover over LED lights for ease and cleaning and protection. I also like the idea of a Warranty so that I didn’t just put the money out on a red light product that had the potential to break relatively. So it’s been 4 months and still going strong. Would I purchased this brand again, heck yes! I gave this four stars only because of my current wish to be able to do DC power also so what I’m saying is it gets five stores overall for the product and I dinged it one star for my change of heart about being able to do AC/DC

This red light therapy is the best thing that I have tried for myself. It’s helped me in so many ways such as healing and reducing swelling in injuries, great for relaxation, reduction of soreness in muscles, etc. i use it every morning. I love it and highly recommend it.
