These flame lamps work great! They don’t seem to need a whole lotta sun to work at night, probably an hour is enough and they stay lit at night for hours. We bought a hand carved tiki and these lamps illuminate it perfectly! We really shouldn’t use real flame torches in California but these solar ones are satisfying enough to fill the area with that cool tropical vibe and not be a fire hazard.
I realize these are a little more expensive that other solar outdoor light models . However, I installed these in a rental patio and the realism and brightness and the durabitly make this product a good value in my opinion!
Purchase a little over a year ago now. These lights are higher priced, but discovered it is for a reason. Live in Arizona where solar lights never last long with the heat. Even when working, most start to dim and go out after 4-5 hours. I am amazed that year round they stay lit and bright all through the night. Working as well today as they were a year ago when I purchased them.

A bit more expensive? - Yes, but absolutely worth the price. These lamps are just so satisfying! Why? - Beautifully 'bright' flickering flame like lighting. So amazingly cool you will find yourself saying 'Wow' - Lasts literally all night long as bright as at sunset (Still going at first hint of morning sun) - Quality metal construction - Tall! (nearly 5ft) Taller than 95% of the others offered. When did tiki torches end up 3 feet tall? Not these. - A perfect replacement for dealing with slimy, stinky, dangerous real flame torches. Absolutely worth the extra expense if you want the best. The others strike me as plastic toys not meant to go the distance in performance or longevity. These instead look and feel like someone really wanted to produce a legit, solid, quality product. If you're unhappy with these I don't know where you'd go next.
I first purchased a 4 pk of these in 2022. Very pleased with the product. One of them broke over the winter, but as I never take them down I really can't complain. The remaining three still work beautifully. The 'flame' is still as bright and it lasts all night. So I decided to buy another set of 2. Happy to have found the same torches to blend seamlessly. Not only WOULD I buy them again.. I DID! 😁

I purchased these three and a half years ago and they have been outdoors in my patio ever since. They are beyond a doubt the hightest quality solar lights of my experience. They are fairly bright, the flicker mimics a candle nicely and hey are taller than most solar lights (if you use all parts). Made of METAL, they have been flawless regardless of blizzard conditions or 100F in the summer. One sunny day powers them for roughly 2 and a quarter nights, quite impressive given their luminance. Super.
