Good Value

This Walking Pad Treadmill does what it is intended to do. I can exercise, continue my walking while it's so cold outside. Now it doesn't monitor steps but I either put my tracking watch on my ankle or swing my arms while walking so I get credit for my steps. Also the compact size is perfect for a small space. Now the cell phone holder comes to my waist so you can't read on your phone while walking, but I guess if you want to listen to something that holder would be handy. I does come with a hex wrench to screw in the cell phone holder. I do wish the distance was in miles not kilometers. Lastly, the box is very heavy, but once the box is opened, you can just roll it to your designated area. There was a markings on one section of the pad as shown in picture, but that doesn't effect it's operation. I looked over alot of options on the Amazon website. I'm pleased I chose this one.

Runs well but will turn you into a bunchbacj

It works well but the bar is too low and too far forward. The photos are deceiving because I am only 5'3' and I need to place my hands on something or I tend to wander off to the side of I'm watching tv. To even rest my hands on this I have to hunch over like an old woman with a walker. Sorry but that doesn't cut it. Also, the phone or book holder or whatever it was doesn't clamp to the front because everything is stripped. I only gave it 4 stars because it runs smoothly and quietly.

Perfect Price! Makes it easy to walk at home

Pretty quiet for the most part. I am a little on the heavier side and was nervous it would not perform well at this price but it is perfect!! It does not incline but it has multiple speeds and a handle bar to rest your phone on! Easy to use and compact it fits right under the bed.

Handle too low

It's a nice treadmill however I'm 6 ft tall in the handle is too low maybe you could make an adjustable handle come up and down that would be great

Great walking pad!

So far so good, I have only had this a week and I like it! It’s a little heavier than I hoped but it’s still easy to roll and fits right under my bed. I didn’t expect it to be super light weight considering it’s basically a mini treadmill. I gave it 4 stars only because the only way to use it and change settings is with the remote it comes with so you absolutely can’t lose that remote. That’s why I gave it 4 stars and because there is no emergency cord so you have to use the remote to stop it and walk with it in arms reach or in your hand, and it makes a somewhat loud beeping when you turn it on or change any settings. But it does exactly what I wanted it to do, belt turns great, runs great etc. Would definitely recommend!

Nice unit but has its trouble

Perhaps I should give it four instead of three stars. I don't know. I just know that my item came without the ability for The Handlebar to lock in place. It was dysfunctional but they gave me a 30% discount. Which is lovely! But it doesn't help my issue I really needed that and it's the reason I did not buy a lesser costing pad without a handlebar. I also had the stripped screw on the cell phone holder. But for some reason that quit being stripped and I was able to use it after about a week. So far it works well. It's very difficult to know how to put the oil in without undoing the belt to loosen it enough to get the oil in the middle of the belt. It's also hard to know when it needs it exactly. I think you need two Hex wrenches to undo both sides of the belt at once so that it doesn't get pulled to one side and difficult to get back to the original Center I don't know yet if it is difficult it just sounds like it in the directions. It is nice that it has a little booklet with it it helps with some things. But actually not with the necessary things that are hard to understand at least for me LOL overall I am happy with my product I open the window at top and then when the sun's coming in and fresh air I can exercise indoors and get pretty close to what I would get outside. That's why I wanted one. Happy buying!

Durable. Great value for the money. Nice, apartment friendly treadmill.

I took a chance on this treadmill even after seeing a review saying the true weight capacity was 265 lbs. When it arrived, I checked the included pamphlet and confirmed it does list 265 lbs. I knew I was cutting it close, and that worried me. When the treadmill arrived, I had a setup issue. I’m older and have some physical limitations, so although I tried to fix it myself, I just couldn’t manage it. I reached out to customer service, and they responded quickly and helped me get everything sorted out. The issue was entirely due to my own physical limitations—not the quality of the machine. Now, about the treadmill itself: once it was set up, I was pleasantly surprised. It runs smoothly and glides with ease. I fully expected it to struggle with me being so close to the listed weight limit, but it didn’t at all. Based on how it performs, I truly believe it could support around 300-325 lbs without an issue. I’m not sure about 350 lbs, but if I ever find someone in that range to test it, I’ll update this review. It’s also very quiet, aside from a couple of loud beeps when you power it on or change the speed. I’m 5'5', and the handle height works well for me. It’s designed more for balance and for holding a tablet, so if you’re much taller, it might not be ideal, but for my height, it’s perfect. The walking surface is also long enough for my stride, which was a nice surprise; I expected it to feel smaller based on other reviews. I have zero complaints. I can use it comfortably and easily slide it under the bed when I’m done, though I usually just leave it out during the day and hop on for 15 minutes every hour and a half or so. I hope this helps someone make an informed decision. If you’re looking for a treadmill, have limited space, and are even slightly considering this one, go for it. You won’t regret it, and their customer support is excellent.
