Sound is clear and it synced easily. The only drawback is that the features are divided among each earbud. One turns volume up and the other down and so forth. That’s a drawback for me because I typically only wear one bud at a time. Other than that, they work great.

These things work great I was skeptical at first but I like them because they wrap around your ear and if you’re doing work outside and moving around a lot they can’t possibly fall off like earbuds can so my kids kid me that I’m an old man and using an old technology but they really are very practical for people who are using them while they’re doing things

Great for the price. Mine were perfect for 2 years and just now started to breakdown regarding battery charge and Bluetooth connection. Love the ease for initial and ongoing connection to phone, laptop, car. The mic is just ok. It does pick up environment noise so not ideal if you intend to use these headphones for calls for the majority of the time. Portable charger size is nice and small. I like being able to see the charge capacity while it's closed. I also like the design where the headphones are backwards (right headphone is on the left side of charger). It's 'backwards' but it's actually much easier to remove the headphones from the case. I also like the touch sensor for volume, skip, play/pause, etc.

I'm changing my review to 4 stars for the EXCELLENT customer service I receive in a quick response to refund my my purchase. I'm still really bummed that it didn't work out for me, but I would absolutely do business with this seller in the future. ********************************* I am really disappointed in this product. The rubber ear covers were nearly impossible to switch out and the set that came on them literally rippped off no matter how gently I tried to remove them. The instructions said if they didn't fit right, you needed to size up or size down. None of the sizes fit comfortably and they constantly shift around in my ears. They are not noise cancelling in any manner and don't even fit inside ny ears enough to be heard over regular background noise. The plastic is really rigid and hurts my ears after a while. Within a week, the sound in the left earbud seemed significantly diminished. After a month, I can BARELY hear anything from the left earbud even when it's on full blast. The only reason I gave it two stars is because the case looks really cool. I don't know if I got a defective pair but I ended up putting mine on the shelf to collect dust.

Very impressive upgrade from my older 5.0 earbuds to 5.4. Connectivity and battery life is good as expected, and even using the mic over video calls is much more clear. I put some foam tips on mine and they fit nice and snug. They also don't stick out as much, so you can wear a hat, muffs, helmet etc overtop of them pretty easily. I dont care much for the touch controls, but they are useful in some circumstances. Overall I'm very satisfied and might consider buying a second pair just to keep in my car or office.

I will keep this short and sweet: •GREAT sound quality •AMAZING battery life •Look great •Comfortable •**ACTUALLY STAY IN YOUR EARS!!!!!* -I can rarely find earbuds that stay in my ears. Extremely frustrating. If you are like me, these are the ones for you. I go to the gym, bike riding, mow the lawn…dry or sweaty, they stay in place. Buy these ear buds!!!!

I’m giving these Q38 Bluetooth 5.4 wireless earbuds five stars because they consistently deliver where it counts. The connection stays strong throughout a tough workout, and battery life is solid—with about eight hours on a single charge plus a charging case that stretches playback time even further. The LED display makes checking battery levels quick and clear. Fit is snug and stays put, even when you're pushing it, and the sound clarity keeps you in the zone. All in all, they’re dependable, durable, and easy to use for both high-intensity workouts and everyday listening.

As advertised

I use these during hiking and gym workouts. They fit nicely and produce good sound for their price point. I have zero complaints about them thus far and would definitely recommend.

Honestly super surprised!!! Excellent sound quality & bass. My beats & JBL’s are excellent BUT they kept falling out working out or running. I honestly find the sound quality the same as my expensive Beats ear buds (my beats remove ALL noise which can have a downfall. These do as well but I can detect someone coming up on me a little better where I can’t at all with my beats). I love love I can see the digital display of % power. Has extremely LONG battery life. I’ve only charged them twice since I’ve had them (I’ve had them maybe 2 1/2 months). I’m very sensitive to things too snug or if it fits weird or loose. These fit perfect around my ears. No falling off even upside down shaking my head at the gym (to test it). Instructions clear what ear buds to tap for volume up or down or calls or turn on/off. Very responsive. I just try to touch outer ear loop to put on or take one out to talk to another human when I’m at gym or home cleaning (to avoid turning off by accident by touching bud. One positive is if I accidentally touch it, it goes right back on with no lag like expensive brands). I NEVER expected such high quality for so little money & honestly bought them bc of good reviews & didn’t want to buy another expensive pair. Other cheap ones had BAD reviews saying theirs would turn off or break after little sweat touching them (different brand), so I got these. The case IS bigger than the traditional “expensive ones”. Flat & kinda oval. But I really like it now I’m used to it. I can find them easily. Case doesn’t seem high quality but hasn’t opened & dumped them out. If I open it, I have to remove. So they did something right making it. I slide the case in my pocket yoga pants no problem. Connects EASILY TO BLUETOOTH AND NO LAG when switching from WiFi to cellular when gym WiFi goes out. Very happy!!!!
