Do you offer international shipping?

  • Yes, we do! Many of our loyal customers are from various parts of the world. We ship globally on a daily basis.

What are your accepted payment methods?

  • We accept credit cards, debit cards (enter into the credit card field), and payments through Paypal, including eCheck. However, we don't offer "Cash On Delivery". Every international order will have a tracking number for your peace of mind.

Is my personal information secure with you?

  • Absolutely. The Given Get prioritizes your privacy and security. Your data is stored for reference only and won't be shared outside of our operations. Our website uses a top-notch SSL certificate, ensuring that your transactions are safe.

Do you charge for shipping?

  • Yes, Shipping cost varies by location.  

I only received part of my order. Where's the rest?

  • Sometimes, due to stock and logistical reasons, we might ship items separately. Please wait a few more days for the rest of your order. If there's an issue, contact our Customer Support Team with your Order Number for prompt help.

How can I check my order status?

  • Click here to view your order status. After placing an order, expect an email with your Tracking Number within 3-4 days. If you don't receive it, please get in touch with our support and mention your order number for swift assistance.

How long is the delivery time?

  • Our standard delivery time is 3 -14 days up to  10-20 business days. If there's a delay beyond this period, please reach out to our support team through the Contact Us Page.

I ordered multiple items. Can they be packed together?

  • Due to product availability in different storerooms, items might be shipped separately. Don't worry, you'll receive all your items, just perhaps not simultaneously.
HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?

Placing an Order

  • Add desired items to your cart.
  • Choose to checkout either through our website or via PayPal.
  • Enter your details: Email, Name, Address.
  • Apply any discount codes you might have.
  • Provide payment details and confirm the order.
  • If you face issues, reach out to our customer service on the Contact Us Page.

    1. You will be transferred to our Customer Information page. You will be prompted to enter: Email address, Name, Address
    2. If you have a valid discount code, you may enter it in the "Discount" field located on the right side of the screen. Be sure to click on the "Apply" button in order to have your discount calculated and applied to your order.
      1. Continue by clicking “Continue to Shipping” button. Please make sure you have input the delivery address correctly (if different from your billing address.) Once everything is completed, click on “Continue on to Payment.”

      6. You will need to enter in your payment details. You will have the option of indicating that the shipping and billing details are the same, if applicable. 

      1. Once you have completed the form, click on the "Pay Now" button. You will be brought to a screen that provides an order summary together with an on-screen order confirmation, as well as a second confirmation via e-mail.

      Order Issues

      • For missing or incorrect items, contact us with your Order # and a proof image (under 1MB).
      • Keep wrongly sent items as a gift from us.

      Order Confirmation Upon successful submission, you'll receive an email with your Order Number and details.

      Modifying Your Order To amend your order, reach out before 3:00pm (PDT) on the day of the order.

      • To add items: Select your item, adjust quantity, and click “Add to Cart”.
      • View cart by clicking the Cart icon on the top.
      • To change item quantity or remove an item, use the respective options in the cart.

      Site & Payments

      • Recommended browsers: Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Internet Explorer.
      • Payment options: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay.
      • For PayPal payments, select the “PayPal” option at checkout.
      • Apply discount codes at the checkout page before finalizing the order.

      Shipping & Delivery

      • Orders ship within 5 business days and arrive in 10-21 business days.
      • Track your order using the provided number at the given link.
      • Shipping rates vary by country; view them at checkout.
      • We ship worldwide, with exceptions notified during order processing.
      • Change shipping address before 3:00pm (PDT) on the order day.
      • Orders ship on regular business days, not including holidays.

      Order Cancellation Cancel orders before 3:00pm (PDT) on the order day.
