Return Policy

At Dominion Active, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy allows you to return items within 30 days of delivery. We offer free return shipping, and a restocking fee will apply as follows: a 10% restocking fee on most items and a 30% restocking fee on walkers and rollators.

Final Sale Items: Please note that clearance items are not returnable.

Return Conditions

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it and include the original packaging, except for compression socks, which may be worn for trial purposes. We understand that compression socks need to be worn to test their fit and comfort, so they do not need to be in new or unused condition for a return.
  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines, as well as intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

Return Process

To initiate a return, please visit our Request A Return page and follow the instructions. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, such as:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@thegivenget.com and send your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

We offer free return shipping. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we don’t guarantee receipt of your returned item.
