Frequently Asked Questions
How does this curtain achieve 100% blackout?
The triple-weave fabric construction blocks all visible light while the magnetic closure system eliminates gaps where light typically enters. When properly installed, zero light penetrates through or around the curtain.
What doorway sizes does this fit?
This curtain measures 42 inches wide by 78 inches long and fits standard doorways up to 42 inches wide. The accordion fold allows for flexible coverage of narrower openings as well.
Can I walk through without using my hands?
Yes, the magnetic closure is designed for hands-free operation – simply walk through and the magnets reconnect automatically behind you. The closure strength is calibrated to open easily while staying securely sealed when not in use.
Does this help with temperature control?
Absolutely – the dense fabric and magnetic seal create a barrier that reduces air exchange between rooms, helping maintain temperature and potentially lowering energy costs. Many customers use it to isolate unused rooms or block drafts from patio doors.
What colors are available and how do I clean it?
Available in Black, Beige, Blue, Green, Grey, Off White, Pink, and White, with select colors offering curtain rod options included. The fabric is spot-cleanable with mild detergent or can be gently hand-washed and air-dried.

Works pretty well. The one magnet back is on it so hard we can't get it off but it's ok bc we leave one bottom part open for the animals to come in and out anyway but we put it on a normal curtain pole with the easy adhesive hooks and it works great for our doorway but make sure you know where you want to put the magnets bc the backs are hard to pull off especially after putting them back on
Amazing for draft and odor control. My apartment has a mini split next to the kitchen so a lot of the air gets sucked into the kitchen and it takes a hot minute for the temperature to change in the living room. This curtain helps retain the heat and coolness of the room. The temperature difference is insanely noticeable with the curtain up. Great for keeping food smells more secluded in my experience as well! Highly recommend if you’re in a smaller apartment.
This is definitely black out. It’s huge. It’s thick and definitely what you need. I gave it 4 stars because the size is too big for me.
Easy to install, nice material and keeps the sun out.
I wish this was better made because it’s a great idea but it is good for privacy it’s black out but it’s thin and kinda rips.
Perfect to close off an open area without looking tacky!
I’m very happy with this folding door curtain. The fabric feels good quality, it blocks out the light really well, and it gives the room a cleaner and more private look. It was easy to install and folds nicely when I need to open the doorway. I also like the simple black color because it matches almost any decor. Overall, a practical and attractive solution for adding privacy and blocking light.
The Packing G bent the ends And they sent the wrong color🤨 Very cheap I guess you get what you pay for
Product seems nice. Doesn't come with a curtain rod, so buyer will have to provide their own
I put this up by myself in less than 10 minutes. I wiped the door frame with alcohol first, everything stuck great. Good value for money, light blocking, and decent quality.
