This fountain has been a game changer for our household. My tuxedo always knocked his water bowl over and it was a daily struggle. Since getting this fountain he doesn’t make a mess anymore and drinks more water throughout the day. Is easy to set up, easy to clean, easy to use and quiet running. It’s well worth the investment to get a nice fountain that not only works well but is aesthetically pleasing.

Recently received and set up. Came with easy to understand instructions with pictures, extra filters, and well packaged - nothing Broken! - The ceramic bowl is a little heavy, but it’s ceramic and good quality. Having my cats drink out of plastic always grossed me out. - Simple elegant style. - The water spigot is 100% Copper as advertised and is Silent! Other water fountains are loud, but this truly is silent. Will observe after a few days because you never know! - My cats seem to like it! They immediately stool a drink for it.

We bought two of these. One of them is great and the other the motor just started being so loud!! We just missed our window to return / replace it it so we’re pretty bummed. Otherwise they are really pretty and the sound normally is really quiet and pleasant.

Really enjoying this fountain. I’ve had it set up for about a week. It is the quietest fountain I’ve had so far. My cats have taken to it and I like the design a lot. My only thing is there’s 0 way to tell how much water is left in the fountain. When I tried to take the lid off to check I spilled it everywhere. Wish it had a window or something.

It’s EASY to clean, heavy ceramic crock keeps pets water cool. It makes ZERO noise!! I’ve spent years with pet fountains, playing a guessing game to put it back together after trying to clean what couldn’t be reached. EVERYTHING is accessible. My flat face little Dog loves it. She doesn’t have to worry about drowning in deep water. Or sniffing it up. My cats love it too. One likes running water out of a faucet and this has its own faucet. The filters are a BREEZE to clean. Open the cage and drop it in like you do the coffee pods ( just a different shape ) in the fancy coffee makers. I do wish it had a traditional plug into the wall 🔌 and not a phone charger type plug into a little square thing. I used a wall sticky gripper thing to hold the extra cord to the wall next to the outlet and keep it plugged in 24/7. I do not think that is necessary and it probably does a lot of stuff the techy people of the world could figure out. It does what i need and a great job too!! I’ll buy it again even if it only lasts a year. I’ve had it about 6 weeks. So far so good.

This is straight to the point! • VERY easy to assemble and maintain so cleaning is very easy to do • no overlapping cords being in the way when assembling the item • sleek design that prevents leaking and keeps fluids fresh • it’s made of ceramic so it’s very durable as long as you handle with care • if the pump makes noise as the water is running, it’s time to fill it up otherwise it’s quiet and not noisy at all.

I really like this ceramic cat fountain better than any of the other ones I have purchased before this one. It is easy to clean and I like the way the filters fit. The spout is copper and adds a touch of class to the ceramic fountain. It is a little heavier than plastic and stainless but not too heavy to lift when I clean it. It seems very durable. I think it is worth the price. My dog likes it too. Great product!
