These are quite a bit softer than I was expecting them to be, and therefore did not provide the same level of support as I get with another brand I use. I was hoping to support (sorry, no pun intended) a small business in this market, but these just aren't the same quality. As I said, they're quite soft - perhaps due to the gel filling. They're also overall thinner (less volume) so don't provide enough cushioning - which is odd given the gel. These inserts are longer than I like, but that could probably be trimmed. Finally, the arch support is too far forward - closer to the ball of the foot - so it just hurts when I walk. I wear a women's size 8 1/2 in athletic shoes, if that helps.
These are my 4th different pair of insoles and thus far, these have been comfortable as I typically stand 7-8 hours a day for work. I don’t feel much pain with these inserted into any of my shoes. So far they also seem to be very durable but that will remain to been seen as how long they will last.
