Just took my first 40 minute hike on gravel road, after receiving these on 7/20/2026. Also did a grassy trail walk last week. That includes rocks, hills and more. No slips on the wet grass. I walk barefoot almost all the time or in socks if feet are cold. These run a little small, so if I reorder I will get a 41.5 if available. They are warmer that expected but very comfortable even if a little snug. The elastic shoe string set up is awesome too. I am 70 and would buy again.

These shoes are comfortable, resist slipping (even on those slimmy rocks. Good value for the money and are holding up well with ocean, lake, and stream use all summer long. They even dry fairly quickly. Sole is thicker than lots of “water shoes” out there which really does protect sensitive feet from the rocks.

comfortable...easy to get on the tie strap really makes the shoe feel great. Have not tried to wear them yet on a beach.

I would not hike in these but they are great on beach rocks and avoiding cuts from rough areas in the water. I have a wide foot and generally wear a size 8 women’s. These fit really well and weren’t too hard to put on or take off.

Durable comfy true to size dries quickly no blisters will definitely order again they don't need to be worn as just water shoes they are cute with shorts or whatever your comfortable in especially if your caught in a rain storm you don't ruin your expensive sneakers

Love these. Sturdy enough for shopping at beach shops and cruise ports yet light enough for the beach. Really appreciate the ability to adjust the fit with the cord. I expect these to last quite some time.

These are such awesome creek/hiking shoes. I purchased some for my husband and he loves them. About a week after I bought his, his friend bought some because he liked them so much, they were both discussing how comfortable they are so I purchased some for me. They really are comfortable, light weight, provide stability when hiking (I don’t worry about slipping) and your feet do not get hot and sweaty in them. With our lifestyle of hiking, camping, kayaking…all the things we do, this was a great purchase for us.

Very good value for money and a great low-budget option. The fit is comfortable, and the lightweight material feels soft and flexible on the feet. They have good comfort for walking, beach, pool, and water activities. The quick-dry design works well, and the shoes provide good traction and grip on wet surfaces. The appearance is nice, the quality is good for the price, and they are easy to put on and take off. Affordable, practical, and highly recommended, good arch support and durability.

I have a really hard time with finding shoes that I like. Well, I LOVE these for the pool and the water park. They are not tight on my ankles or leave lines on my ankles after wearing them all day. I found myself wearing these more than my flipflops in the summer. I deducted one star for limited sizing options. I wish there had been more size options; the 11 is slightly too big on me. A 10.5 would've been just right for me. I haven't worn them in a lake/pond yet, but will update if I do.

Absolutely love these shoes!! Have been perfect water shoes for kayaking and tubing - very VERY comfortable and fit true to size. So far have managed to survive two full summers of use and travel. Water wicking is a better quality than water resistant. Appearance is true to photos at least for the blue pair.

Long story short: These are amazing. Elaborate: Good traction, very lightweight, great fit. I wear a size 9.5 wide shoe. I'm skinny so my feet are long, skinny and boney but i also have wide toe-knuckles. Shoes NEVER fit right. Either the ankle scuffs my Achilles tendon / ankle bones or it's not wide enough in the toe-knuckles. Blisters blisters blisters. I also lived in chicago for half my life so walking around without shoes was a hard no-no. My feet are sensitive and coddled lol. Flip-flops, sandals and water shoes have been a worse problem. Only ever had ONE pair of flip flops that stay on my feet while walking. Everything else has the same problems as shoes or in the case of flip-flips, they'd fly off my foot with every step. As much as I love the water, it's been the bane of my existence never being able to find footwear for it. I took a chance on these water shoes believing i'd probably just return them. Boy was I pleasantly surprised. Ordered in a 9.5(men) and they fit perfectly. They are snug but not suffocating (can be tightened with the bungee laces if needed), the part behind my achilles doesn't dig in or chaffe, and my toe-knuckles are cozy. The soles are mad comfy too. Walked around on concrete for a bit to test them out and no problems. (Haven't tried em at the lake yet. Will update if any problems.) So if you're like me and have obnoxiously high-maintenance feet.. i'd highly recommend giving these a try. :)

I bought these shoes for our cruise to Bermuda. They were worth every penny. They protected my feet while navigating the rocky beaches. They were comfortable enough to walk over a mile. At times, when they got very sandy, the sand got trapped and caused some discomfort. My husband wore water socks with his pair and he said they were perfect. I highly recommend these water shoes.

At first, they feel very comfortable but as i was walking down my driveway, I noticed my feet hitting the hard pavement with every step. No cushioning to absorb the shock. Also, I noticed a few of my toes on the right foot feeling squished which i didn't notice at first. 2) Nice Style 3) The bottom of the shoe seems like they will provide a decent grip for stepping upon a wet rock or a rock under water, but I have not yet tried them on slippery surfaces. I will update this review when I do. UPDATE: i WORE THEM YESTERDAY SINCE I WOULD BE WORKING IN AN AREA THAT WAS WET FROM THE PRIOR DAYS RAIN. I DO NOT BELIEVE THESE AQUA SHOES TO BE THAT SLIP RESISTANT. 4) i would not use or recommend them for hiking as the name 'Hiking Water Shoes" implies. I feel hiking shoes should provide cushioning of some sort, and support, and a tie or velcro strap that secures to the feet. UPDATE: HIKING SHOES SHOULD HAVE SLIP RESISTANT BOTTOMS. THESE DO NOT. 5) The inner sole pad comes out when you take your foot out of the shoe. THIS SEEMS TO BE NORMAL FOR AQUA SHOES AS I TRIED ON A PAIR IN A STORE AND WHEN I REMOVED MY FOOT THE SOLE PAD CAME OUT TOO. I recommend using their size chart that you will find on the order page. Place your foot on a piece of paper, and trace around it, or simply make a mark in front of your longest toe and the heel of your foot. Use a tape measure to measure the inches. Then see the chart to find your size. My foot measured around 10.25". ... their chart told me to order a size 10. Even with the negatives, I will keep these for my needs of going kayaking. I just want my feet at least somewhat protected. UPDATE: BOTTOM LINE, BASED ON THE DESCRIPTION OF THESE SHOES AND THEIR ACTUAL PERFORMANCE, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE AQUA SHOES TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO ENSURE SLIP FREE AND SHOCK ABSORBING WALKING. THEY ARE DEFINITELY NOT SUITABLE FOR HIKING, BUT THEY SHOULD BE FINE FOR GOING IN LAKES TO KYAK, AND OTHER ACTIVITIES IN WHICH YOU GET YOUR FEET WET. I DID LIKE HOW THEY PERFORMED IN WATER. I USED THEM TODAY WASHING THE CARS. I ALSO WENT IN A STREAM WHERE THERE WAS A VERY MUDDY AREA. THE SHOES STAYED ON MY FEET WELL EVEN AS MY FEET SUNK INTO THE MUD. I HAD TRIED ON ANOTHER BRAND IN A STORE. NONE OF THE AQUA SHOES HAD THE RUBBER SOLE THAT GOES UP AROUND THE SIDES AND OVER THE TOES LIKE THESE DO. THEREFORE THESE AQUA SHOES SEEM TO OFFER A BIT MORE PROTECTION FOR YOUR TOES. I AM INCREASING MY STAR RATING TO 4 STARS.
