I really wanted to love this thing, but unfortunately, it falls short. I am 58 yes old and have lots of aches and pains. I regularly see both a massage therapist and a chiropractor. I bought this hoping that it would be a nice supplement between visits to both. Unfortunately, it does not really do the trick. Here are the pros and cons: Pros: - This is nice and light weight, especially compared to a big bulky massage chair which would be its closest at-home competition in my mind. If you don't have space for a chair and need something to be able to fold up and tuck away, this has that going for it. - It is easy to use. You just lay it out on the floor, lie down on it, and have at it with the remote. The instructions are really lacking, but the remote is pretty intuitive, so you can figure it out pretty easily. - It has both full-body and targeted zone settings, so if you want to focus on one specific area, you can. Cons: - The fit is really a one size fits most kind of thing. Unfortunately, I am only 5'4', so I don't really fall in the 'most' category. For example, there is a spot for your hips and a spot for your neck. Unfortunately, the distance between the two is not adjustable. If my hips are in the right spot, my neck is too low, and vice versa. So if I try to use the whole-body setting, I need to skooch up or down when it gets to the neck or hips zone. It does have different zone settings, so I can just focus on hips and then move and focus on the neck, but it pretty much takes all of the full-body settings out of the picture. - The programmed actions are just really lackluster and disappointing. Several of the moves that it does, you just kind of wonder what exactly it is trying to get at. - The cadence of the action is very start-stop-start-stop. I have used several different massage chairs, and they are usually programmed to flow smoothly from one move to the next. This mat stops between moves and pauses like it is trying to figure out what to do next. It is really distracting and seriously diminishes the relaxation aspect. - While it has a heating function, the motions of the mat keep you off of the base of the mat by lifting you up, and the heating unit is in the base, so unless you are just lying on it flat without using the motion functions, you can't really feel the heat at all. Overall, I would pass on this one. If you want to spend this much, I would go for a massage chair option if you have the room. This thing is smaller and can be tucked away more easily than a whole massage chair, but I would honestly use a chair way more often than I would pull this thing out. It is just a very disappointing experience.

I really wanted this product to work out. It’s a good looking product made out of a nice leather (leather-like) material. It folds and velcros into a nice little briefcase. It has a great remote that allows you to focus on 3 areas. I’ve tried this product at least 3 times and each time I hurt more than before I started. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m short (especially waisted). It works ok for my neck, but I was hoping it would stretch out my back. The pelvis setting squeezed me too hard and I never had it off the lowest setting. The air bags are super strong. I’m quite impressed with it. I just wish it worked on my body type. Super bummed.

This Full Body Massage Mat is pretty awesome and all done with 26 air pockets. Four stretching modes, three focus modes and five intensity levels so you choose what best suits your body. Heat mode is a must for me otherwise I keep it in the full body relaxing mode most of the time. I don't like the twist mode but for someone else it might be great. I have a short torso so I find myself struggling to get the neck position right but it still feels therapeutic and when I'm done with the session I can feel the relaxing effect. I like to end the day with a session and I put the unit right on top my bed instead of the floor. Once I'm done I fold it up and tuck it right under the bed. Love the portability. I've used it over a month probably once a week and the product seems well made and durable. Super easy to use once you figure out what you like and to be honest going through all the modes at first was an adventure in itself. If you like the massage chairs at the mani/pedi salons you will love this product. All the benefits of the salon chair but sadly no polished toes when it's over.

I have scoliosis and sciatica so I am often in pain. This mat, which I use on my oversized couch, is just what I need in between chiropractic appointments. I appreciate that there are different intensity levels. Being on the short side (5'2), I was a bit worried that I would not be able to experience a full body stretch, however thanks to the adjustable head rest my worries were removed.

AHHHHHMMMAAAAZING! If you have major sacrum/hip pain/sciatic THIS IS YOUR FIX! I’m shocked at how wonderful this product is! It’s beautifully crafted and super durable as well. Very easy to use. I used it on the highest setting for deep stretch and pressure and it was fantastic. Very well made! I’m thinking this may be everyone’s Christmas presents this year!!!
