This cushion has really helped me no more pain of my coccyx

Takes some time getting used to sitting on. Very firm so have only used a couple of times. Don’t think it’s for me.

It's very comfortable to sit on and it has helped with my hip pain. I've only been using it for a short while but so far I'm very pleased with it.

Then came this promise of a solution—a premium fifty-D memory foam seat cushion, with a twelve percent higher density meant to bring the firmness and support I so urgently needed. They spoke with fervour about how it contained eighty percent gel padding for comfort and cooling, claiming a commitment to safe chemicals for our health and the environment. Here I am, a cancer patient relying on a myriad of medications, hoping for safety and environmental concern from something as simple as a cushion. I'm not yearning for luxury—just the basic comfort and cooling that could help me through my heavy days. Intolerable for hours because of stomach cancer's discomfort, I've been lost in my search for true comfort. Peace feels impossibly out of reach. When the U-shaped cushion arrived, with promises to support my body and promote healthy posture, I felt a flicker of hope. The non-slip rubber bottom reassured me. But that hope fractured as the cushion slipped beneath me and that so-called "high-quality anti-slip bottom" left me frustrated. Relief from stress? Never came. An energy boost? Not at all. Improvement in posture? None. Enhanced comfort? Not once. Help with my pain? A dream unfulfilled. The cushion didn’t even fit my sofa. I wasn’t seeking miracles—just a little improvement. Instead, I found things deteriorating further. I thought about using it for medical transport, but my limited income only allows for the essentials. A new sofa feels like an impossible dream. I'm left searching online with a heavy heart, hoping that someone out there understands my struggle.

Very good and firm, just a little small, need to be a little bigger. And thats for a normal bottom. They do the job they are made for very well.

My last cushion was memory foam and only lasted a year before I might as well have been sitting on a granite slab, and I'm not a bloody blue whale! This one is firm, but does exactly what I need it to - relieve coccyx pain and starting firm, I'm sure it?Will give me more than a years relief

Very comfortable. I’ve had surgery in my bum it was very uncomfortable to sit for too long but this helps me for a lot longer I carry it with me every where. If I was o change it at all I would put a wider opening on the handle so that I could attach it to my laptop case that’s on wheels

The cushion provides reasonable support and the memory foam feels good quality, especially for longer periods of sitting. However, it is quite bulky and takes up a large amount of space on the seat, which can make it feel awkward on standard office or car seats. It does the job, but the size limits its practicality. An average product overall.

Very comfortable to sit on so long as it's a upright chair. I hoped they would work for a recliner but all i got was back ache so not a good idea. I am still happy with the purchase as when I am in pain, being able to relieve it, even if I ha e to sit upright, is such a relief.

Excellent cushion. Was a bit dubious at first thinking it was big and bulky but it has helped me so much with my lower back pain after falling a few months ago. I feel a bit too young to have an orthopaedic cushion ;) but I wouldn’t be without it now.

This seat thing does its job excellently. I could finally sit to do things like eat and getting dressed without extreme pain. It took like 8 weeks for the pain to go away and this thing helped so much. I still use it now as a seat cushion because it's so comfortable (ugly but comfortable).

I'm glad I did since it takes the pressure off my tailbone so now I can actually sit comfortably. It's now been a few months and it's still in it's original shape and thickness. It's memory foam with a firmness that I find comfortable. It hasn't softened or flattened and I don't find it gets too warm (which is sometimes an issue with such cushions). I'm definitely glad I got it and am considering another one for work.

This is a great, soft, durable cushion. I use it for a tailbone issue. I am heavier and have used my cushion for almost 2 years and it's still doing great. I have even bought another one to keep in my car for longer trips.

I bought one of those "gaming chairs", which for some reason slants the sides at a steep angle, forcing you into the middle - with no wiggle room. Fine for a few moments, but after a while, that becomes unpleasant, especially for heavy people - like me.... It's thick enough to get me into a higher position on the slanted edges, thus allowing me more wiggle room side to side. The gamer chair also had very little padding on the seat bottom, which flattened out pretty quickly. This helped with that, too. The cutout in the back of this pad is wonderful after sitting a while, because it completely relieves the pressure on your sensitive bottom bits, & back. Pros: + Quite thick padding, so that helps a lot on flat/hard seats. + Wide enough for my extra size bottom. + It stays put fairly well, but some movement is to be expected from a loose seat pad. + Butt cutout in back is quite a relief on your back & bottom - Moreso than you'd think. + I've used it for several months, and it still puffs back up & maintains it's shape. + I've not noticed any overheating from sitting on it. None beyond any other chair, anyway. Cons: + It does need to be held in position as you sit down, but I don't see any way around that. + It may impede circulation to your legs, if you position it badly. (too far forward). + It is wide enough, but just a bit too short front to back, in my case. Overall, I use it many hours a day. It does it's job, & it's been a real help with salvaging an expensive, but uncomfortable chair I'd just bought only a few months prior. Far better than buying one chair after another, hoping to find one that fits, & holds up over time. The rest of the chair was fine, but it just hurt my bottom. This seat pad fixed that issue. It stinks that I had to buy it - but that's the chairs fault, not the pad.

This cushion has been very helpful in easing my lower back pain. It is firm, but not hard. It "fits" the size of my kitchen chair and is about 2 1/2 inches thick. The cover can be washed. Very nice

It fit on the seat well, & helped me eliminate the previous pain I experienced even on city streets. It helped to lower the truck seat and occasionally reposition how I was sitting, or reposition the cushion itself. It fit my bottom well with some room to spare, and the downward sloped front edge has never presented a comfort issue, either. I previously tried an inflatable "donut" that was awful, in comparison. I weigh about 130 lbs. I thought it was a good value for the price, especially compared to some of the others.
