Finally I got a board so I can use this machine on a carpet. I am starting off gentle warming up with a few sets of qigong first. I advise to go slow for anyone with health issues as it is very powerful. I used power plates at a gym to get me walking again 15 years ago . I hope this works just as well as expensive kit. I feel already an improvement in my body. I aim for better mobility & strength to enable me to do more exercise. Looking forward to building up to the programs.

The Customer Service is above & beyond, really helpful & certainly respect their lifetime warranty. I am so pleased with my Waver and would definitely recommend it for anyone who would like to tone up.

I bought this after seeing on line positive reviews. I have arthritis in my hips and the stiffness and inflammation can be debilitating & hoped this could help. I was concerned it may be another piece of plastic I use once then store it away with my exercise bike forever gathering dust however I am really feeling the benefits even just after a few weeks!!! My seized up bones feel a lot less fuzed, inflammation has subsided and the circulation in my legs has improved. It's not for everyone but i'm very pleased.

This product was far bigger and heavier than expected and took a lot of space. I could have put up with that but it stopped working after very short use so returned for a full refund. Disappointed but refunded quickly.

Bought this to help with maximising muscle strength whilst exercising. I have lumbar fusion and early degeneration in my left hip, I can get more effect on my muscles in shorter times. Use this 3 times a week to exercise and stretch out. Not impressed with delivery, as I was sat in clear view of the delivery person, who still insisted in putting the parcel behind the wheelie bin. He didn’t even knock and walked past my car.

Although it's still early days it is easing my aching joints, especially my hips. Can't wait to try out the other programmes to see if it can help me control my weight. So far so good. It’s very sturdy and easy to use. The remote is a bit flimsy .Would recommend this product. The only downside is you can’t seem to register for the advertised life time warranty , a lot of other people have the same trouble .

However, I was pleasantly surprised that after using it for only 5mins each time for 3 sessions per day, over a few days, I’m already feeling some pain relief. I’m more flexible and my posture is better too. There are great options for using the product, with the pre set programmes plus you can set the timer and speed independently, plus alter these setting mid use. The remote is a definite plus also, so you don’t have to bend down to operate. The actual plate is a really good size, which is non slip where you stand. I have mine on a carpet and it’s very quiet. I would definitely recommend this product.

On a carpet it makes very little noise. The low settings are quite gentle, the high settings definitely let you know where you're carrying all your extra weight! It's good for loosening up when you're stiff from sitting too long or have achey arms from too much pc work. At the moment I'm experimenting with different postures and I can feel the difference in my abs. It's worth checking out the YouTube channel for ideas. I'm mixing in quite a few yoga postures and balances in too. Thumbs up from me.

Fantastic. Works just like the big machine at the gym except is small and compact for in the house. Tested it immediately and it works very well and is super quiet.
