I don’t understand why people spend so much money for brand name wrist or hand weights. These are affordable, simple, and get the job done. The material is soft,and has no weird smells.

Watch how large your hand is. If you are a smaller woman the grip is thicker than a typical gym dumbbell. Probably due to the neoprene coating.

I bought these for shoulder physical therapy. They’re fine, coating contributes to a comfortable grip. But an oily substance seeps out of the dumbbells where they contact surfaces. This is a first for me. Must be the neoprene coating?

The quality is quite good, and they will serve me well for rehab exercises for upper body injuries (ex. current rotator cuff issue). I like the BLACK color which matches my small metal dumbbell rack. The neoprene quality appears solid and durable. I did not experience a bad SNIFF, or it was very nominal and dissipated quickly. The printing of the number could be better as I bought multiple pairs, and one dumbbell had a smeared number. I am not a perfectionist, but I am super visual, so when I buy new, I expect it to look new and have quality that exhibits new.
