Easy assembly! I was a bit overwhelmed at first, but it was way easier than I expected. It heats up very quickly. Need a quick sweat? No waiting around, no steam, just sweat! I’ll be putting a towel on the chair to increase comfortability and to protecting the chair. This is my first at-home sauna. I was very against steam bc of the humidity and living in a 75 year old home. This is my first day with it. I hope it holds up for the long run!
Great product with easy installation, just wish it got hotter. I bring a space heater in with me for the first 5 mins just because I like my sauna a little hotter, due to my tolerance of using one 4-5 days a week, but for someone with a low tolerance, I’m sure it works more than well. Other than that, I wish the pieces were labeled, but it was very simple to take a sharpie and mark them myself so I can’t complain too much. Have recommended to friends and told them the same thing.
I like this sauna overall. But the size and portability was a little too big for me.
Its not infarared, its just heating pads. Chair is small. And i preheat it 15 minutes and its still not up to temperature. Its ok but not great
Pros: Spacious, roomy, even with a larger folding chair, moderately easy to assemble. Cons: The included chair is to small and not suitable for heavier weighted people; the temperature takes about 15 minutes to get to about 110F /40C and so far that’s the maximum I’ve tried using 40C degrees setting. It supposedly can go to 65C which I’ll try at some stage. The zipper appears marginally adequate considering you will use it often durability is questionable. Heat control is in Celsius only. Instructions are marginal and reference an LED light which I did not receive. It’s a good starting sauna overall.
Lov it. Big sauna affects on a budget
Easy to put together. Really does heat up nice. Retains heat better than some of the other less expensive ones. We'll see what the longevity is on this one. The last one I got, which was cheaper from a different manufacturer. It only lasted six months before dying. But this one seems much better quality for just a little bit more.
I bought this as a Christmas gift for my husband who was missing the sauna at his former gym and wishing we would have been able to afford installing a built-in sauna in our master bathroom. It was relatively easy to assemble (I am used to assembling furniture and other items) and has been very easy to use. We have it tucked away in the corner of our laundry room and it fits well in our space. My husband has been using it regularly for a few months now and has been very happy with it.

I love this thing. It's almost too hot in July to use it, but the ease and functionality keep me coming back. The degree measures are in Celsius, and the thermal heat is gentle yet effective. As someone with wider hips, the chair provided is not super comfy on which to spend a whole hour, but I wouldn't downrate it for that. Treat yourself.
