I definitely wasn't expecting a quality like this. I would compare it with those well known Colombian brands for a fraction of the price. Love the double layer support. It's comfortable enough to wear for a workout session but not for all day. I'm sure some of you are able to pull it off but I'm the kind of person that can't wait to get home to take off my work clothes. It does make you sweat more since the heat is holding and supports your back as well as your posture.

The Faja has a very good and elastic material, I chose the size M thinking it was going to fit me well but it doesn't close, it was my mistake I had to choose the size L but I like the girdle because of the material and when I lost a little more weight I'll try it on to see if it fits.

Once it’s on, it stays in place. Partially due to the zipper, but also the fabric sticking from sweat. Breathable, keeps my posture nice, cinches. I typically wear mediums for clothing, and a medium did the trick. Was worried after reading so many reviews about sizing up/down. Granted I’m relatively average in terms of body type, and not especially rotund. At the end of the day, everybody has different proportions. But I would rate this 5/5.
