These are perfect for freezing fresh lemon juice and zest, fresh grated ginger. Good quality and I like the silicone lids. I also have a set of larger segments that are versatile for freezing meal portions and bananas for smoothies.

Seems like good quality. Just dont overload them like I did at first because it will be hard to pop the frozen blocks out immediately.

I originally bought these after seeing similar silicone meal prep trays all over TikTok. The popular brand wanted around $60 for a set of three, so when I found these for about $20, I figured they were worth a try. I’m glad I did! The quality is great, they work exactly as I hoped, and they’ve made meal prepping so much easier. I use them all the time for freezing individual portions and prepping meals ahead of time. My only complaint is that I wish they came in an even smaller size. Even the smaller compartments feel a little large for my portion sizes. Other than that, they’re a fantastic value for the money, and I’ll probably be buying more as gifts for family members.

I like the different sizes and it’s labeled inside how much each compartment is. However, the material is quite flimsy and I find it difficult to get a cube out. Especially if I only wanted to fill it halfway. The lid stays on well. Even though it’s a bit flimsy I can still stack stuff on top.

I have actual Souper Cubes, and I have these. Let me compare them for you because I won’t be purchasing cheap knock-offs again, though my reasoning may not deter you if you are more frugal-minded. Pros: Same shapes! Same convenient trays! Helpful for freezing food in portions! Other Differences: These cheaper molds are slightly deeper than the Souper Cubes molds, and while the Souper Cubes molds have “1 Cup” measurements AND “ML” measurements on the inside of the mold, these only have ML. Not a problem for me. And now for the… Cons: 1) The silicone material is NOT the same as Souper Cubes’ silicone. It’s thinner. Much thinner. Which means that when you’re filling these and attempt to stack them in your freezer, the weight of whatever you place atop of it will crush the mold beneath it, sending your contents spilling out everywhere. By comparison, Souper Cubes is STIFF, and STURDY, and can handle heavy loads stacked atop. 2) The lids of these are cheap and flimsy silicone also. They flop like leaves in the wind. So while the silicone lids of the Souper Cubes are sturdy and can be used like a plate to catch and transfer the frozen contents of your molds from area to area with ease (and also serve to help stack your trays neatly), these cheaper lids are nothing more than a seal for the contents inside, and a flimsy one at that. 3) My number one pet peeve: The steel lined rims of these cheaper molds are too close to the actual mold openings. When freezing something with lots of liquid (soup, stock, pasta sauce), these items expand. The expanded cube of food cannot be pushed out of the mold due to the much-too-tight opening created by the steel rim, at least not without Herculean strength, or taking the time to somehow defrost the foods while in the mold to help you out. This alone removes all the convenience of using the mold in the first place. In comparison, the Souper Cubes seem to have a luxurious amount of space between the steel lining and the mold openings themselves, giving you plenty of room to push out your food contents with ease. After purchasing these side by side with the Souper Cubes just for comparison’s sake, I ended up purchasing TONS more Souper Cubes, understanding the difference in price made up for it in convenience of use for me (I’m a housewife; I cannot be asking my husband for help taking food out of freezer molds while he’s at work, and I’m definitely not waiting for him to get back at the end of the day. I need my molds free!). Still. They work. They’re just frustrating to use. As a result, I only use these to catch the overflow of whatever my Souper Cubes aren’t numerous enough to freeze for me. 3 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️

They will do everything I will need them for!! I can pre freeze liquids, then I will shrink wrap and then put up for later use.

What a handy new tool for our household… has paid for itself a few times over in what I have saved from not throwing away leftovers.

These are decent quality....but some foods were very difficult to pop out. So feel there is a learning curve to what you should or shouln't freeze in these to pop out later to put in freezer bags. Also, as a woman who works alot and is active away from the kitchen- i just lose track of popping things out and repackaging- my intent was to keep these always available for use, yet continuosly find them in the freezer -full. LOL -I know this is a me thing - but outta sight, outta mind thing is real and really don't use these like I intended after the first few times. So unless you are committed to keeping up on the meal prep etc. You either need a TON of these or the fortitude to transfer things daily. For me- that was not reality. Product itself is good!

Excellent siliconetrays for food prep and freezing.

I needed some different sized trays. I got the Souper cube brand for Christmas an have enjoyed using them but wanted other sizes. Bought these based on the price. They feel thinner but have worked well so far. The wells are easy to overfill and that makes removing the frozen food a challenge. I've found that if I underfill the cube by approximately 1/4 to 1/3 it works better.

I started to have an accumulation of different silicone trays. The lids and the trays themselves were starting to pile but it got hard to match the correct lid with the correct tray sometimes. These are nice because the lids are universal so I just keep them in a stack in the corner. The color combination also helps to distinguish which one to grab since each color is a different size, all my other ones are just all blue. These are my favorite so far. They aren't the cheapest money wise that I've purchased but they're still very affordable and work just as well as those brand name ones (we all know which ones I'm talking about).

The molds have a nice solid rim, but aren't so rigid that popping the blocks out is hard. They stand up and stack well. I froze a soup in them that was heavily seasoned with turmeric and they didn't discolor at all. I wasn't expecting there the be measurements inside these and considered those a happy surprise until I tried to use them and ended up a portion short of what I expected. So I measured them: in the '2 cup' mold, the 500ml line actually holds 600ml (2.5 cups) so 10 cups of soup fills 4 of the 2-cup molds to the fill line w/ head space for expansion. The 250 line was oddly accurate. On the '1 cup' molds, 250ml is really 300ml and 125ml is really 150ml. And the 'half cup' mold abandoned metric altogether and has lines for 1/2 cup and 1/4 cup. Unfortunately, those lines actually represent 2/3 and 1/3 cup. I will note that I chose the color I did because it was significantly cheaper than the other options, so maybe they've figured this out and corrected it in the new stock and just need to sell all the old ones

I like these a lot however it is extra effort to fill and cover them (we now use filtered water from a container in the fridge instead of the faucet). I do it, but my partner less so. I'm the one driven to remove plastics from the house so refilling ice trays more often is what I've signed up for. Something to note as this product requires at least 1 extra step and therefore is not a 1 to 1 replacement.

These are a great alternative to the other ($40?!) Options that are currently on the market and they work wonderful for freezer meal prepping a variety of foods. I've used these to freeze rice, curry, noodles, veggies, tofu and stir fry and I haven't had any issues. The only downside is that they don't all stack together so they take up more space in my kitchen cabinet then I'd like

As a recently single woman who is used to cooking for a family, these are a life saver! They are very easy to fill and perfect for saving leftovers. Highly reccomend!!

Love it! Used it right away to freeze homemade chicken stock. Only thing I don’t like about it is they don’t collapse to store when not in my freezer. But aside from that - good durability, made well.

Hearty and easy to use! I have never quite learned how not to cook for a family of 8 even though we are 3. This solves the leftover problem. I saw a demo of this item and thought it was genius! So, I tried these freezer trays and found them great for the concept. They hold up very well. They wash in the dishwasher with no issues. Note, they aren't leak proof but as long as you set them up flat to freeze and don't over fill, they work great. The resulting bricks have been labeled 'Astronaut' food in our house. Great for meal prep and making meal components.

We love these cubes they are great size for freezing leftovers or preparing brand new meals. We have ready made meals that we have prepared and can eat anytime we want. We remove the food and place them in vacuum bags. It’s great for new meals or left overs. They have great lids and because they are silicone they are easy to pop out the frozen items. Even though you can leave them in the freezer filled with whatever you want, we prefer to freeze overnight and then place the frozen foods in vacuum bags. This way we can reuse these cubes over and over again.

Perfect for meal preps and storage with the new lids. Easy to use, clean and store when not in use. From frozen lemon cubes for dishes to precooked chile and sauces…. Works well for me. Saves me money by just thawing and heating up meals from freezer.
