The tub is nice and roomy, the bubbles are nice and strong. The power cord is too short. The splash guard is not very big, but most importantly it does not retain the heat of the hot water you put in. If this product was $10 cheaper, it would be suitable.

Well, the first thing I found out was you can not use any "soaks" with it. No salts, oils, soaps, nothing. It also doesn't heat the water, you have to carry warm water to it. Not what I was wanting. Going to return.

They have a wonderful light scent and they make my feet feel so soft and moisturized as opposed to just putting them in water where they tend to get dried out. The bubbles are lovely. They’re not super powerful, but it’s an inexpensive foot bath. It does not have a heating element, which would be nice but honestly, the water stays pretty hot. I just boil water in my tea kettle and bring that with me and when the water starts to cool off, I just add hot water from the kettle.

It’s quite important; you don’t want to fill the basin so full with water that the water slaps over the side and wets the electrical cord! The manufacturers of this product need to outline the fill line and its accompanying label in blue so it can be seen easily. How many consumers want to spend a few minutes, as I did, searching for the fill line? 2. The bubbles are extremely gentle. They weren’t strong enough to really massage my feet. 3. I used warm water per the instructions, as those instructions clearly state that they do not heat cold water. However, those instructions at least imply that the warm water will stay warm; the fourth step of the operating instructions states “Press power button once to turn on bubbles and heat.“ I felt little to no heat coming out of the unit. Perhaps a little came out, since I started with hot water, and used the unit for a long time; the water is now lukewarm rather than cold. But in my opinion, if the unit heated the water at all, it certainly didn’t heat it enough. I haven’t tried the pumice stone yet. Additional note: the instructions said not to put anything but water into the basin. I added some vinegar and nothing negative seems to have happened. I will probably keep this foot-basin, just in case I have more problems with my feet in the future and need to soak them. But I don’t recommend that others buy this product, unless they do not already own a pot large enough to soak their feet.

The basin is made of a relatively sturdy plastic with formed 'ridges' and 'bumps' on the bottom, a strip down the center of each side with small holes that 'bubbles' come out of, and a colored plastic shield over the top front 1/4 of the basin which has a slot in it for the included foot stone. I purchased two of these items, one for my wife and one for myself and for the discounted rate I paid I guess I didn't expect much... Water Temperature is controlled by the water that you put in, there is no form of internal heater which means that sadly in order to put enough hot water into the basin to last for a full session you have to put in scalding water you can't maintain. The 'Invigorating Bubbles' are really barely able to do more than cause a little bit of water turbulence and given how they originate under the foot rest area, once you place your feet flat inside the basin you end up blocking the great majority of the bubbles. Sadly the air pump that produces the air bubbles is so loud that it can even interfere with simple, normal voiced, conversations and resembles the sound of fish tank air pump. All told, if you're just looking for something to soak your feet in, it works...but lets not pretend this is a full on foot spa or that there are 'Invigorating Bubbles.' Go into this with proper expectations and it will be fine...expect a simple foot bath and you'll be perfectly satisfied with your purchase, just make sure you have proper expectations.

After a long day, soaking my feet in here feels amazing. The bubbles are really relaxing, and the massage feels so pleasant. I love that it's easy to use and not too noisy. It truly leaves my feet feeling refreshed, like having a mini spa at home. A great buy! 😊

There are raised prongs at the bottom of the tub that serves as a massaging component but I don’t think they’re large enough to get good massage quality. I put very hot water in it and then add some Epsom salt to it. Overall it doesn’t the job for soaking my feet and I employ it regularly to soak my feet before and between pedicures. It’s worth the money but don’t expect too tier quality. It’s just enough to do the job.

I bought this to replace a cracked plastic basin that was acting as a very low end footbath so this was an upgrade. I didn't want to spend very much so the price was right. I also wanted something simple to use and small enough to tuck out of the way when not in use.... The motor noise isn't a problem for us, and the bubbles are nice. On the downside, even starting with very hot water didn't keep the water warm longer than our old plastic basin so no advantage there. The instructions say not to add anything to the water. That should have been a deal breaker, but I didn't see that before I bought it. I always use Epsom salts and essential oils. With the low price, I'm going to use it my way until it wears out or whatever. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and would have given it 5 stars if it had kept the water warm. Hopefully, it will survive the Epsom salts, but if not, it will still work as a footbath without bubbles.

So I purchased this foot spa a few months ago and I’ve used it a few times. It works great other than the fact that it states it retains the waters heat. I find that aspect to be misleading as it most certainly does not. Other than that it works just fine.

We have to pour in the HOT water, it does not heat up, and the water gets cold fast, the motor is loud, but it does create a lof of water bubbles, that I do like. I did not know it did not heat up the water, or else I would have not bought it.
